Joe Darlington is back because well, I love Being James Bond and I enjoy my talks with Joe! And what better topic to talk about than Diamonds? 

Joe Darlington of Being James Bond fame is back to discuss No Time To Die's possible delay (again). 

One month after going live with David Zaritsky to talk the #bond25fitnesschallenge I'm back on the topic with Edgar Chaput of the James Bond Complex. He posts regularly with the hashtag so I've invited him on to talk nutrition and workout ethics! 

Another Global James Bond Day has come and gone, and besides a new podcast or two (including the one me and my Univex co-conspirators created) we didn't get much.... Just remember I pre-recorded this one. I do not address the No Time To Die delay and I will not address it either, its been done. So enjoy some positive talk to get your October going! @double0wife returns to review the 25 yer old GoldenEye! 2020 may be a bit of a wash but we must still underline the fact that this iconic masterpiece turned 25 this year. And What Does She Say?

Once upon a time, I was trying to cut my teeth in the blog world and I wrote a firearms article for The James Bond Dossier. That backfired as I am far from an expert on the topic. Luckily, my guest this week is. 

This week's show features The Bond Experience's David Zaritsky! We talk about the last 10+ years of the Bond Community.

Back in October, I offered a triple review; Shaken, the official 007 cocktail book, Licence To Cook, by Edward Biddulph, and Omnibus 001. I did a follow up episode to Shaken and a full interview with Edward Biddulph, and now its time to go in depth on Omnibus 001. One of many collections of James Bond serial comics, this one concentrates on Flemings early works, drawn by John McLusky. 

In the last (for now) episode of That's What She Said, @double0wife and I review the final (for now) outing of Daniel Craig as James Bond. The girls! The locations! The ... manicures (again)? 

Hey listeners, here's something to get you ready for Operation Snowfall!

So after a week of teases and deception you've come to realize you were duped by Joseph Darlington of Being James Bond! Joe is a big fan of this show and I of his, so it was natural that we had to sit down and talk. Using GoldenEye as a start point, we discussed the cultural impact of 007, the evolution of competing franchises and of course whats next for 007. Is this déjà-vu? No! its a new episode of everyone's favorite segment, #thatswhatshesaid. We are diving into Quantum of Solace, the second outing for Daniel Craig as 007 and arguably the weaker of the series. But why? @double0wife and I discuss and proclaim our thoughts. 

It has been my dream for years to have my own poker table and recently, thanks to some extra lumber lying around, I made it a reality. Using all of my skills, however mediocre they may be, I designed a copycat logo of the one used from 2006's Casino Royale and created version 1 of my table. I kept costs low and got an amazing result. 

Casino Royale was the first movie me and my darling wife saw in theaters together. It marked the beginning of my collecting, the reignited childhood passion of 007, and of course the start of a love that has gone on all this time. 

My wife doesnt have the same passion for James Bond as I do, so her opinions are quite different in regards to this universe. I have taken several of her quotes and will be turning it into a fun look back at Bond movies of yesterday, starting with Casino Royale. 

While news and rumors about No Time to Die trickle in, one thing was sure on Global James Bond day, 007 will be gallivanting around in no less than 4 Aston Martins. A mix of classic and current cars, the announcement confirms a car yet to be scene in the spoilers. 

As I ran down in episode 009, there exists books in the realm of Bond that aren't novels or picture books related to films. We talked about Licence to Cook and Omnibus 001 (which granted is a comic) but we also talked about Shaken. This cleverly named cocktail book is the subject of this episode. Pour yourself a martini and enjoy this review.
