In Step 5 of our new series, The 6 Steps to Success, we move past the stage of executing your plan and move toward examining your results, otherwise known as your PROGRESS! The only way to examine if you are nearing your goal of success is to determine if you are making the progress you planned for. We need progress markers along the way, markers that are measurable and noticeable, so that we can determine what works and what doesn’t. In this podcast, we will discuss the most common issues that arise in keeping a person from progressing closer to their goal of success. In Step 4 of our new series, The 6 Steps to Success, Jose and I discuss the importance of executing step number three; your plan. Without taking the first step to experiment with your new plan, you will never understand if success is possible or not. You MUST take action and then take action again, over and over. Your methods of execution need to be tested, retested, and redesigned over time. If you believe your plan is solid, then it is up to your execution to prove this is true. Without execution of your plan, your chances of success will be zero!
