Thank God we have each other to balance out!

Happy November everyone! To kick this month off we finish strong with the last agreement of the Four Agreements; Always Do Your Best. This may look each day and can have a massive impact on your life. We also kickstart the November Challenge of the Gratitude Jar! Its the Thanksgiving Month so let's give thanks every day!

This month we are going to dive into each of the four agreements from the book The Four Agreements. The first agreement is to be Impeccable with your word. This one is a doozy and can create real change in your life and your relationship!

This episode is on the shorter side but it is packed with a whole bunch of stuff you probably don't want to listen to haha We did not plan to talk about this stuff but it just happened and its real and don't judge us. We love you and it's our life and maybe your life is like ours.

We all know women cycle each month but men are not immune to the highs and lows of the moon. 

Does your family have a tradition after the baby arrives?  Our families do things a little differently and Liz has a lot to say about it.  We then go into complaining and why society loves to compare.  This one gets a little off topic but man did Vito have fun talking. So much so he wouldn't stop talking.
