The Midlife Movement

The Midlife Movement

By Jo Blackwell
For women who want to make the most of life after 45 - whatever that means to you!
I'm Jo Blackwell and this podcast is part of my business, The Midlife Movement. We make the midlife transition easier through support and community & via the fabulous courses & resources, delivered by hand picked coaches.
It's about so much more than menopause, though, of course, we deal with that too! Our aim is to help as many women as possible see the opportunity rather than the crisis in midlife!
