In today's episode, we have Lindsey Vestal OTR/L founder of the functional pelvis in New York. She follows a model of concierge practice. Lindsey gives insights on the role of pelvic health through a lens of an occupational therapist. We chat about the challenges of chronic pelvic pain and the qualities of a pelvic floor. Lindsey’s main goal is to encourage other OT’s into pelvic health by considering the person as a whole instead of a dysfunction.
