As a largely self-taught artist based in Boston, Massachusetts, Jerzyk has been exhibiting her work internationally for years. Her initial foray into photography was through capturing abandoned spaces, but after an encounter with the police in 2014, she began carefully selecting locations for her on-site photoshoots. This mix-up with the law, however, thrust her work into the spotlight and earned her features in notable art magazines such as Colossal, Hi-Fructose Magazine, Artscope Magazine, and PULSE.
