I get the question all the time, what exactly is hypnosis and what if I can’t go under? Go under suggests that you might be under someone’s spell or under someone’s power. It’s one of the most common misconceptions and I want to thank Little Britain for making it so! Jokes aside, this is one of the most important concepts that people need to understand because without it they can’t empower themselves with Hypnosis and therefore rob themselves of potential empowerment. If you’re thinking that Hypnosis has power over you, it might scare you or make you feel that you have to distance yourself from Hypnosis when really it’s all about increasing your personal power by connecting with the deepest part of you and teaching that part what you want out of life. At this point in the game you know that there isn’t anything new under the sun. When it comes to brilliant ideas end the health and fitness space, the wealth education space, the personal development space, the business consulting space, there is nothing that’s actually a new idea. If it is new, it is typically an updated version with some tweaks on something that already existed the space or a new synergy or synthesis of something that has been forgotten.

A natural human trait is the desire to look up to someone that’s doing what we want to do in a effective and inspirational manner. It’s natural to seek out brilliance and want to move in that direction.

Anything that anyone has done you have the ability to do.

The truth of the matter is humans with it what designed to model excellent behaviour. If you can see it outside of you then you can create it for yourself. The study of modelling is exactly that, seeing excellent behaviour and using that as inspiration to create a similarly powerful result in your own authentic way.

026 The power of inner connection; communicating with your unconscious mind

Did you know that you had an unconscious mind?  Were you aware of all of it's functions.  For most people, I get a yes to the former and kinda or, no not at all to the latter.  Why would it be important to have a good inner connection. Your UCM is in charge of your emotions, patterns of behaviour, energy regulation and is in charge of enabling turning on your ability to heal the body.  So if you can communicate with your deeper mind you have a direct connection to turning on an ramping up your innate healing abilities. If you had a headache and you knew how to talk to the part of you in charge of that symbolic message, and more importantly have the ability to turn it off as a result of this communication, what would that be worth to you?  This is the beginning, and there is much more to learn in later episodes about your ability to heal.

Did you know you have the ability to not just influence and condition, but ‘program’ the behaviour of others? I am not speaking about being manipulative, more. so the fact that every interaction you have with somebody in your life makes both a conscious and an unconscious impact. When looking at actions you take and the language you use, both have inherent tones, request and suggestion in both covert and over form. The most covert and apparent is saying no to people that ‘take advantage of your good nature’ or are not giving you respect, love or the equal exchange you ‘think’ you deserve. Most of the time we are conditioning and programming others to treat us in the way we don’t want as we reward them for bad behaviour. Now if you have any relationships that seem to not make you. Feel good after an exchange, drain you of energy or leave you feeling less than, then this episode is for you.

This episode is about arguably one of the most critical aspects of the law of attraction and manifesting anything you want to in the physical realm. This is because nothing can be materialized without taking action. You gotta take action! How do we expect to create the movie of your life if there is only lights, camera and .... no action. So again, you may believe that this is something that everyone would know is essential. It may surprise you how often people forget and think that things will just come to us by vision boarding and putting it out there into the universe. Now that's just part of the story. Boundaries are the difference between being a doormat and getting what you want. 005 Focus

Focus it the name and results are the game. There five major primary inputs that make up our focus are; visual, what you see, auditory, what you hear, kinesthetic, what you fee, olfactory and gustatory, the smells and the tastes that you experience. These five are what construct our reality, and when it comes to manifestation and law of attraction, you want to make sure these are all aligned and in the right direction. When I say right direction I mean on precisely what you want rather than on what you don't want. Know what you don't wish to is helpful to exercise right discernment. Such as when I work with clients that have had a bad relationship, and then they say- I never want to be with someone like that again. The problems come up when a person keeps thinking about how they don't want to be with someone that does not treat them well. Avoiding or focusing on what we don't wish to attract further attracts more of this into our lives. This episode is getting a better understanding of this key of manifestation to ensure it can be leveraged in your favor.

The world we live in also has a lot of mysteries about it. It's as if you're walking around blindfolded and feeling our way through the universe but on the end of our fingers and the senses that are telling us what is happening at our fingertips is only a fraction of entire story. The truth of the matter is that when it comes to reality, what we perceive is based on our beliefs and perceptual filters and our beliefs or set of programs and codes that got installed when we were children for the most part). So what is it that we actually see out there in reality. The fact of the matter is that its not always true.
