Episode 4: Loneliness with Hannah Pekary (Season 2)
In our next episode, Carol speaks to Hannah Pekary. Hannah is a Business Coach who helps entrepreneurs to create healthy relationships in their businesses and personal lives. With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, Carol and Hannah discussed The Raise Word of Loneliness. Hannah helps her clients to create healthy habits so they are well equipped to work through their limiting beliefs, money mindset and more, so creating their true identity. Before starting a coaching business, Hannah worked for 15 years as a dance teacher, and professional dancer, whilst also training to become a teacher and running a successful tutoring business. Before and during this time Hannah nannied for numerous families, supporting them to create healthy habits. Hannah now helps these entrepreneurial mums to create their own businesses and lifestyles full of freedom and joy. Hannah lives on the Welsh coastline and loves to take unwinding walks with her dog, breathing in the salty air. Hannah enjoys baking for any occasion and loves to spend time with her family. Episode 3: Relax with Marneta Viegas (Season 2)

She loves being able to support young people and loves coming up with ways to do that along the way. Season 2: Welcome Back!
Our last episode came out in January and now it's very almost April. Did you miss us? We missed you! If you haven't listened to our Review episode, you can listen to it here before we kick off Season 2 next weekend. We'll be looking at the words Harmony, Hope and Relax in April and the episodes will be going through until Christmas every fortnight. Episode 19: Story with Julie Wilkinson

Episode 15: Strength with Becky Metcalfe
In this week's episode, Carol will be speaking to Becky Metcalfe. This week's Raise Word is Strength. Becky is 29 and from Wakefield. In her day job, she works for social services finding homes for children in care. In April 2020, she had Covid along with Bilateral Pneumonia. She was officially diagnosed with Long Covid in October 2020. She also has depression and health anxiety. In her spare time, she likes to bake gluten-free treats and look after people's dogs. She lives with her boyfriend and their two fur babies (two guinea pigs called Wilbur and Barney).

Episode 11: Activate with Bryn Llewellyn
In this week's episode, Carol will be speaking to Bryn Llewellyn about our Raise Word of Activate.   Bryn is co-director of Move & Learn (CIC) - as well as advising the BBC and the Premier League on their educational content. According to a 10-year-old child at a school in London, “Bryn is a genius.” However, his friends and family know the truth. Bryn worked in various UK schools for over 20 years as a teacher and school leader. In 2013, he founded Tagtiv8. His pioneering approach to Physically Active Learning (PAL) provides an enjoyable alternative to classroom-based learning – crucial when challenging the increasing problem of sedentary lifestyles. Research by Leeds Beckett University demonstrates that Tagtiv8 PAL solutions tackle inactivity and obesity levels, as well as impacting positively on academic performance. Episode 8: Unexpected with Jude

She is the process Queen as far as Carol is concerned and when she’s not sure how to do a certain piece of admin or she has a tricky problem and she’s not sure what to do. Hannah will be able to sort it out. Hannah is a Virtual Assistant who runs Daisy Media. Hannah is a mum of 2 and wife living in Bedford with her family.
