He's a Pt for 5 years, competed on 3 occasions 2 men’s physique and one bodybuilding.

He's Obsessed with learning new ways to apply fat loss and muscle gain for clients and himself. Huge admirer of Jordan Peters, Ben Pakuslki, joe bennet and Calum Raistrick. Sporting background is football and once I couldn’t compete at that at a high level, got into bodybuilding.

The aim is to push myself as hard as I can in the sport and be the best I can be. My aim in life is to be the best pt I can be and help as many people as possible.

Angela Ross (46) Mind Body Breakthrough Coach    I've been in the 'fitness industry' for about 15 years working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at a local leisure centre   But it's only really been the past 4 or 5 years  that I've really unleashed my passion and purpose and moved much more into the mindset coaching    Helping women breakthrough the B.S  thats holding them back in life  means that they're able to make better choices and ultimately choose their best life     Achievements -  One of my biggest personal achievements, taking me totally out of my comfort zone was in 2004 when I travelled to Peru to trek the Inca Trail with a bunch of people I'd never met   I'm not great with heights   so climbing 14 thousand feet up the side of a mountain was a real challenge    Reaching the magical city of Machu Picchu was truly remarkable and made me consider 'What else is possible' in my life     Interests - It sounds really boring,  but I love to walk   Theres nothing better than getting out in the fresh air  and exploring the countryside   It's probably one of my favourite things to do  and is a great way to lower my stress levels or just to empty my mind   I'm also a real foodie, I have always loved cooking and have written several cook books    WARRIOR WOMEN COACHING PAGE

it's beyond the weight

About Carly,

Been in the industry now for 4 years training women to regain themselves wholly, so through training and nutrition but supporting them with mental challenges along route.  Previous to this I worked as a veterinary nurse, studying through the royal college of veterinary surgeons.

After suffering domestic abuse for many years in Scotland, I consoled myself through food and alcohol (to numb the pain mentally).  This "lifestyle" through want of a better word screwed my once very fit person up.  I put on 110 lbs, had 2 suicide attempts which were very close to killing me, and then I decided I needed to take back control or I would die.

I started to train and eat mindfully.  My ethos is always to adopt a flexible approach to eating, so I never strayed doff track and the weight came off.  And I started to look good, feel, good, and all that comes with it.  After a few down episodes with depression, I decided I wanted to inspire other women that they could do what I did, and so I built my business, initially with Beyond The Weight, and now with Exercise For Your Mind.

I have been lucky to meet the likes of Prof Steve Peters, author of Chimp Paradox, after contacting him (or his team) via email, and worked with fitness professionals all over the globe spreading positive messages to people.

I adore writing, which was why I started Memoir of a Wiggly Girl (as I like to wiggle too), and my favourite thing ever is to spend time with my amazing partner Mike Samuels.

About luke   First and foremost his biggest achievements in life are his kids, literally everything he does is focused on them, after spending 5 years in the army & being away from his family for over half of that time the focus for everything he's done since leaving the army has been around spending more time with the & being the best dad he can be.   He's worked in a tonne of different areas during my life from working in Argos, engineering, building, a short time as a pawnbroker, a tattoo artist & body piercer to working his way through kitchens over a 3 year period to become a head chef at one of the busiest restaurants in Manchester, he was in sales for a while before joining the army where he set up & worked on his own business before leaving, he ended up running several businesses 2 of which ended up turning over the magic 6 figures everyone seems to be chasing right through to today where he's a personal trainer & gym owner.   He's been fairly successful no mater what he's done down to a work ethic, a lot of people think I have a natural ability to be able to do this stuff but the truth is he's spent his life leaning skills & taking huge chances which enabled me to be good at a lot of things that serve me well.   The amazing thing is all of his job hopping has developed the perfect skill set to be able to help people hit their health & fitness goals.   His interests are fairly basic, he loves to read, spend time with family & work. Pat Pilla - Anything is possible

Pat Pilla - Anything is possible

This is Pat Pilla and she lives in New York.  Pat is married and have one daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren   She's just retired from a job that she had for almost 22 years and now is stepping out and doing more of the things that bring her happiness and that is to help others achieve what they set out to do and be a better version of themselves.  She believes that we all need people and relationships to grow.  We can not do it alone.   Pat also had an on-line baking business for about 5 years, but it was not my passion so she just closed it down this year.   Her major achievement was losing over 200 lbs, get fit and have the life that she never had.  I am still pinching myself.  Life is freakin awesome!!! Pat was also on TV which was awesome!!!    Pat has been truly blessed and full of gratitude and love.  She knows what it is to feel like a nobody, so she truly resonate with people who are going through hard times and struggles mainly because of their self worth.   When you are happy, Pat is happy. Pat steps out of her comfort zone to help as many as she can and the joy she feels is priceless.    Right now Pat is coaching people all around the world on clarity and mindset with building their businesses.  She also coaches a few people on personal levels too.      Pat is also in the middle of writing my first book, which is titled, Overcoming your Evil Twin, Is your mind playing tricks on you. Weight loss can be fun, dancing with Charlotte Moore

Charlotte is a dance instructor teaching pole fitness and dance aerobics classes at Uberedge Dance Company in Jersey. Her classes are aimed at woman who want to have fun exercising whilst getting stronger and gaining confidence.

Charlotte began dancing at age 4 and went on to study dance at Elmhurst School for Dance. After gaining her diploma she was lucky enough to be chosen to dance a season with the Brimingham Royal Ballet and then went on to dance with various UK companies dancing all over the world. When she returned to Jersey she decided that she wanted to share he passion with others and decided that she wanted to teach dance. Since then she has obtained qualifications with the International Dance Teachers Association, in pole fitness and Dance Aerobics.

She really feels extremely lucky to be able to pass on her passion to others and her main aim is to help woman become stronger, fitter, healthier and happy!! The most rewarding thing for her being a dance teacher is watching someone's confidence grow week after week and realising they can do things they never believed possible, especially in the pole fitness classes!
