A visit with Yajara, a strange alien organism with mysterious shapeshifting abilities, takes a certain turn. Blackmore’s day continues to get better when a sudden call requires her help from a familiar team. Blackmore finds herself with more on her plate than she bargained for and must find a way to manage her new predicament.

Cherry, an Azulian girl who is a member of the very cult they are trying to stop, is an unexpected wildcard. It does not help that their new guest is a loose cannon and could cause them more trouble than she is worth. She claims she wants to help, but can Lilli and the others trust her?

Lili’s team ventures to the heart of the Mechanical Plains in search of information on Berik’s cult.  A fog hangs thick over the island, masking countless secrets and enemy factions.  Most mysterious of all is the island’s forest and what, or who, awaits inside.

What is happening on this mysterious island? That is the question that Lili and her team must answer after a secret organization hires them to investigate it. This organization fears that the undead cult on the island is utilizing power they shouldn't have to achieve goals unknown. What lies ahead for Lili and her team in Monolith on the Mechanical Plains?
