The first of my series on understanding and overcoming self-sabotage.

If I had a penny for every time that I have said yes whilst every atom of my body and mind screamed NOOOO I would be writing this from my own personal helicopter circling my private island.

I was angry, frustrated, bitter, depressed, anxious and I questioned my relationship with all around me because I felt as though everyone was out to take advantage of me.

This of course was not the case but I did have a real mixed basket of eggs.

Learning to say no confidently, without feeling like an a-hole, was huge, it was life-changing for me, seriously. I know how cliche that may sound but there you go.
