• 3.33oz/100ml Pnk Grapefruit Soda
• .2oz/5ml Lime Juice

Pour tequila into highball glass and squeeze the lime juice. Add ice and salt and top with pink grapefruit soda. Stir gently. Garnish with slice of lime.

• 1.5oz/45ml Vodka
• Cranberry Juice to top

• 1oz/30ml Dry Vermouth
• .25oz/7ml Maraschino Liqueur
• .25oz/7ml Amer Picon*

Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

*May substitute with 2 dashes Angostura bitters

BLUE HAWAII

• .75oz/22ml vodka
• .75oz/22ml light rum
• .5oz/15ml blue curaçao
• 3oz/90ml pineapple juice
• 1oz/30ml sweet and sour mix

Add vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet-and-sour mix into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.

Classic cocktail or club cliché? The guys delve into a divisive Cuban highball.

MOJITO RECIPE

• 1.5oz/45ml White Rum
• .66oz/20ml Lime Juice
• 6 pcs Mint Sprigs
• 2 tsp Sugar
• Soda Water

Muddle mint, sugar and lime juice in a highball. Add splash of soda water and fill the glass with ice. Pour the rum and top with soda water. Stir lightly to involve all ingredients.

The guys get wild with another crazy bomb shot thing!

FLAMING DR. PEPPER RECIPE

• 8oz/230ml Beer
• .75oz/22ml Amaretto
• .25oz/7ml Overproof Rum

Fill pint glass halfway with beer. Add amaretto to shot glass and top with rum. Light the rum on fire and carefully drop shot glass into the beer.

The guys reckon with a classic cocktail born of the swashbuckling high seas.

WHISKEY SOUR RECIPE

• 1.5oz/45ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 1oz/30ml Lemon Juice
• .5oz/15ml Sugar Syrup

Dash egg white optional. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in cobbler glass. If served on the rocks, strain into old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with half orange slice and maraschino cherry.

• .5oz/15ml Irish Whiskey
• .5oz/15ml Baileys Irish Creme

Fill shot glass with equal parts whiskey and Baileys. Drop into pint glass half-filled with Guinness and drink before curdling.

The guys spike their bean juice.

IRISH COFFEE RECIPE

• 1.7oz/50 ml Irish Whiskey
• 4oz/120 ml hot coffee
• 1.7oz/50 ml fresh cream
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Pour coffee into a pre-heated Irish coffee glass. Add whiskey and sugar and stir until dissolved. Carefully pour fresh thick chilled cream over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the coffee. The layer of cream will float on the coffee without mixing.

The guys tantalize their tastebuds with a drink that is mainly bitters (!!!?????)

TRINIDAD SOUR RECIPE

• 1.5oz/45 ml Angostura Bitters
• 1oz/30 ml Orgeat Syrup
• .76oz/22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• .5oz/15 ml Rye Whiskey

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

NEGRONI RECIPE

• 30 ml Gin
• 30 ml Bitter Campari

• 3oz/90ml Beef Broth
• 2 dash Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 dash Tabasco Sauce

• Celery Salt (optional, to taste)

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon wedge and fresh ground pepper.

• Jamaican Dark Rum - 1.5oz/45ml
• Gold Puerto Rican Rum - 1.5oz/45ml
• Demerara Rum - 1oz/30ml
• Lime Juice - .66oz/20ml
• Falernum - .5oz/15ml
• Donn's Mix* - .5oz/15ml
• Grenadine - 1 tsp
• Angostura Bitters - 1 dash
• Pernod - 6 drops

Add all ingredients into an electric blender with 1/2 cup of cracked ice. With pulse button, blend for a few seconds. Serve in tall tumbler glass. Garnish with mint leaves. *Donn's Mix = 2 parts yellow grapefruit juice and 1 part cinnamon syrup.
