American Actress & Entrepreneur, Melissa Bolona, Shares How She Wen from Exhausted to High Energy

In this episode, Kyle and Jeremy interview Melissa Bolona.  She is the Founder and CEO of Beauty & the Broth, a beauty and wellness brand offering shelf-stable, direct-to-consumer bone broth that’s care-free, convenient, and customizable.

Growing up in both the United States and Peru, Melissa was immersed in dual cultures which led her to appreciate various approaches to natural beauty and expressions of creativity. After completing education in International Marketing in Paris, she decided to pursue acting and went on to lead a successful career alongside many A-list actors in Hollywood and starring in more than 20 films.

Working many years in the creative industry led to Melissa feeling exhausted and unmotivated. Searching for a cure in all the wrong places, Melissa found herself at home with her family where her sister introduced her to bone broth. She immediately saw results, finding her energy levels increased, gut health improved and her mind clear with purpose.

They dive deep into Melissa's life experiences as an entrepreneur.

Elite D1 Football Player, Kobe Boyce, Steps Away from Football to Focus on Mental Health

In this episode, Kyle and Jeremy interview Kobe Boyce.  Kobe played D1 college football for the Texas Longhorns but chose to step away from football because of his mental health and he shared his decision with this tweet:

"For a few years now I have been battling depression and I let all of my emotions build up and it wasn't a food feeling.  I used to be scared of discussing this and kept it all to myself and anyone who is going through the same thing please talk to someone.  You are not alone.  Everyone is struggling with something in life especially in these times.  Take care of yourself and your mental health because you won't be able to operate in anything you do if your head is not in the right place.  That's where I felt I was at and I am going to be taking a step away from football and work on myself.  I would like to thank all my teammates, coaches, friends, and family of course for being with me on this journey.  It wasn't what I expected but I definitely learned a lot about myself and learned some valuable life lessons in this time.  I will continue as a student at the University of Texas and will continue on the journey of getting my degree.  This decision wasn't easy to make but I feel like it was much needed.  I appreciate the fans and all the support that you have shown me in the years from a recruit to now.  I will always be a Longhorn and I hope you guys can bring back a Big 12 Championship and a Natty.  Love you all and I'm excited for my new journey."

Enjoy!

Mastering the Power of Integrous Influence with Sean Callagy

Mastering the Power of Integrous Influence with Sean Callagy

In this episode, we interviewed founder and president of Callagy Law and creator of Unblinded Mastery, Sean Callagy. Sean has been committed to the study of influence, which he uses as a tool to make more capital and money in less time. He walks us through the meaning of the power of influence and gives us the 4 steps of influence that he has developed over the years. We then switch the conversation and walkabout some things Sean does to maintain his mental health. He makes a point to consciously engage his body throughout the day to release endorphins and makes sure to always show up in his body as well as recognise, feel, and invite his emotions. We have a conversation about positive commitment over emotion, in other words, acknowledging our thoughts, but not letting them define us. Sean ends the interview with his thoughts on a powerful quote about the beginning of mastering integrous influence: “I see you, I hear you, and what you say matters to me.”

Be as Present as You Can in Every Moment with Eben Britton

In this episode, we interviewed former NFL player, cannabis advocate, author, podcast host, and speaker on self empowerment and healing, Eben Britton. Eben describes anxiety as the inner resistence that we experience and believes that this is something nearly all humans are confronted with at some point in our lives. Some of the tools he uses to achieve highest power of self include meditation, having an intimate connection with the foods he eats, and psychedelic rituals. Eben then gives a perspective on enlightenment that many of us may have not heard of, LIGHTENing our load rather than searching for something to gain and expands on the spiritual process of this practice. We go deep into the meaning of becoming a higher self: letting ourselves be human and allowing ourselves feel all of the feelings that arise within, without avoidance. Eben ends the interview with 2 important messages he’d like to share with our listeners that you don't want to miss.

Kartikeya Ladha on Deeply Understanding Who You Are

Kartikeya Ladha on Deeply Understanding Who You Are

In this episode, we interviewed bestselling author, Kartikeya Ladha. We focused this conversation on something Kartikeya talks about often, the need to go inwards and connect with our elements to deeply understand who we are. He also gives us some advice on what we can do to being this journey. This is something Kartikeya believes is critical, but also something that humans are missing right now. Surrendering and being with the present moment are two of the most important things we can do to connect inwards and flow in our lives. We go into the necessary challenge of questioning our own beliefs, ideas, and thoughts as another way to become closer to humanity: we can observe these questions and judgements, and then move on. Before ending the interview, Kartikeya leaves us with a final thought on love, compassion and humanity.
