An especially intense month of an already intense 2020. You might have already feel the strength of the first full moon of the month. During this month we will have an increased awareness of the ways in which we separate from the creation, the universe, the divine. We will be able to elevate and bring to the light the aspects of ourselves that out of habit make us perceive as divided.

A recent loss had lead me into a close experience with death and to experience its real significance as a spiritual beings we are. The human part hurts of the perceive separation but when we recognize and look in the right direction we can reconnect and realize that we are forever participating in each another existence.

This podcast is just something I wanted to share with you as I woke up this morning. During the last months I have felt and heard this insisting message to get out of the duality perspective and look at the current events in the world from a wider universal perspective so we keep grounded and free of the drama and fear to which we might feel tempted to give our attention and power. 

We are really in the core of the dissolution process on all levels of our human experience. Dissolution is the middle point after the first stage of the dawn of a new epoch, we have already felt the Vulnerability of the previous conditions and we are now in the midst deconstructing structures, inside ourselves and outside in the World to eventually rebuild a new set of structures aligned with our Soul purpose. Every dissolution and rebuild starts at the base with the individuals and spreads outwards to the structures that build our societies, economy, politics etc. All these dis-solutions are now happening at once in every possible level. Therefore, it is fundamental to recognize acknowledge and accept what is it that we are dissolving, what is presenting itself again this month in an even deeper and more pronounced manner so that we can get real lasting healing and move along the side of dissolution into the rebuilding stage.

Last week a dear friend took me to an energetic portal at the Long Man of Wilmington in the South of England. It was indeed a very powerful experience that put me on notice of the need to regularly align ourselves to the energy of the Earth while we are going through this transformation period. Changes are great and will come at a greater pace so we need to be able to ground ourselves at a solid inner core. It is not necessary to suffer in order to be happy. It does not mean that the contrast lived by suffering is not useful but it should never be "the price" to pay for a satisfying and happy life. It can be a tricky situation to find yourself in at a crossroad, needing to decide where to go next. Moreover, it is often the case that there is a multitude of voices pulling you in opposite directions, your rational mind to one side, your heart o another, maybe your traditional values and all of your ancestral beliefs and habits of thought. It seems almost impossible to find and unequivocal voice that can help you to decide with a clear intent of your highest good.

Whenever we are exposed to the energy of war we can feel the consequences, it does not need to be a war happening in our country as we know it happening in the vast World events. It suffices to watch the angered discussions of a prime minister or any other political debate let alone the shocking images of a devastating war anywhere in the World. However, we focus on  different story from our own life and experience. We are so used to the victimhood game, it is ingrained in our behavior and psyche so deeply that it seems to come up in an extremely subtle manner and in every sort of situation where there is an exchange of energy with others. In this episode we look at the origin of this game and how we can start to dismantle within us this energy that will eventually have a knock on effect on the collective consciousness.

You might be familiar with the term of ascension in the spiritual community of seekers, and healers. Although I believe that there is a phenomenal shift happening for us in the way that we can resolve to experience a higher vibration frequency, let's call it Love. A profound sense of unity and the sensorial knowledge that we are all part of one immense universe. On the other hand, there is also the misconception that in order to ascend and to higher one’s vibration there is a need to detach oneself from the human life or even the bodily conditions of this life. The fact is that this life is the one that is ascending with everything in it, bodies, and the all earthlings of creatures in it.

The recognition of our common origin constitutes the source at the level of the soul of our feelings of Love. It is a clear vision into the connection and the depth of our shared heritage as human-divine beings. This love goes certainly beyond what the marketplace, the fairy tales and the mainstream filmmakers have tried to convinced us of what true Love is. 

Well, today we would like to take you through the process of emotional process of creation and help you understand the roller coaster you are in for when you expand your creative horizons. Just to clarify, it is like a roller coaster not that it should be this way but as a result of your perception about the process. Thus, is useful to know how it works so that you can deactivate your habitual fear resistance to change. This opposition to change was there for a reason, it served you a purpose but now that you know that you are a spiritual being living a human life and that you are never disconnected from the spiritual realm you can relax a little more.

Oh Boundaries !...I think I've been talking about and I've been dealing  with it my whole life. But it is very useful to remind ourselves to use  boundaries whenever we are interacting with other people and especially  if you consider yourself to be a sensitive person or someone who is  intuitive or is open to other people, more than "normal".

Relationships, we can’t go without them although sometimes we wish we could. This is a significant topic because I think we all have been in this situation where we would love living in a video game-like environment to make someone disappear at will.
