What is the impact of being a woman in the space industry? What are the primary obstacles that women face entering and advancing in the space industry?


To celebrate International Women's Day, the twenty-seventh episode of The Sound of Space podcast interviews four different women in the space industry. These women share their unique experiences and dive into the importance of gender diversity and strong female mentorship in STEM fields. They discuss common challenges that women face, recommend ways to overcome these obstacles, and provide advice for younger women interested in pursuing a career in the space industry.
