Dr Holloway has over 25 years experience as a clinical psychologist having worked with victims of sexual trauma, and in her career within secure hospital environments has specialised in working with female offenders with a diagnosis of mental disorder. She is now an Independent Psychologist providing assessments of risk to parole boards, psychological assessments for criminal cases and family Courts. She speaks about violence, compassion and the importance of empathy in working with people who have committed the most horrific offences.

Amy is a former Team GB downhill skeleton racer who won Gold at the Vancouver Olympics in 2010! She lifts the lid on what it takes to succeed in the World Championships. Amy speaks about the preparation that goes into each race and training in different countries on a weekly basis. 

Alex has had an amazing career working as a chef in some of the top restaurants across the world, with a dream of owning his own restaurant. That dream became a reality when his restaurant Sheer Rocks opened its doors in Antigua. He will share his unbelievable experiences working with some of the most famous chefs.
