In this 3rd episode of the Wise Way to Yoga Podcast, Cecile and I discuss why gentle yoga is not always safe and why “listening to your body” is not the same as  “listening to your whole body intelligence”. We also touch on body image and how it can affect safety on the yoga mat and a lot of other fascinating topics so that, you, dear listener, can not only practice yoga safely but also so that you can learn to reconnect your mind and body, tap into your body’s intelligence and feel expansive in the process.
