S9E4: Summer Vacation
We return from a bit of a summer lull to talk about the choices we've made with our time so far this year. A few quotes of note: "Nobody can eat a mozzarella stick in 4 seconds, Daemon." "I'd rather drink a fart out of a bum's ass than drink bubble tea."

We stay completely calm while discussing the things that set a fire of rage so deeply into our bellies that we implode.
S8E10: Careers

S8E9: Internet Trends
Daemon brings a list of internet trends and definitely does not rant like an old man about them. Becky defends a horrible trend.

Becky steers this week as we talk about her completely unknown issues with authority. Yeah, Daemon laughed too when she said it.
S8E7: 2021 Recap
We recap 2021, the year of exclusively growth and great things. Pop culture, politics, and your much-needed Britney breakdown. Becky gets banned on Facebook... again. And Daemon tells a joke that stops Becky in her tracks.
S8E6: Thanksgiving
"Didn't they already do a Thanksgiving episode?" Yeah we thought so too, but it turns out we just talk about food a lot. We discuss our top ten list about why Thanksgiving is *THE* holiday to be at, our Thanksgivings growing up, the abominations for meals that have taken place... And some surprises.

Vacation mode
S8E3: Stress
Bec and Daem talk about all the sources of stress, how people react in emergencies, how work stress is different than real life stress, and how stress becomes real as you age. They go through the top 10 things that stress people out enough to change their health, and then they do a dramatic reading of a play Becky was in in high school.
S8E2: Becky
Daemon gets sentimental about his cohost Becky in this weeks episode. He expresses his love for her and tells everyone why she's the greatest person ever.
S8E1: Clothing
Daemon tells us about his male capsule wardrobe, and Becky talks about her fat friends' castoffs. They talk about what they get sentimental for, and how the grunge movement ruined Daemon's college hookup years irreparably.
S7E10: Stupidity
These two idiots talk about idiots: from science deniers to pop culture princesses, grammar fouls to terrible coworkers, everybody gets roasted. Except these two idiots of course.
S7E9: Parents
Daemon makes a poignant point about how mothers see their daughters as a reflection of themselves immediately after comparing his father to the top 3 dictators of all time. They talk about where to extend grace to an imperfect parent. And nobody cries! #tw

S7E7: The Drinking Episode
Becky starts off buzzed and gets progressively worse as Daemon just tries to hang on for dear life in this week's episode. We share drinking stories, a recipe for a Wyoming Trash Bag, and a passionate tale of love in a National Park. Grab a cocktail and enjoy the ride...
S7E6: School
We strategize on what the ideal school layout would be including the class we'd each create for high school students. Then we lean on our expertise as two people who failed out of school for education... to talk about the flaws of the current school system in the US, including common core curriculum and opting out of standardized testing, curriculum models, and the homework gap. We bash vo-tech students as we admit to our jealousy over the incomes of the vo-tech graduates.
The Amish
Daemon and Becky talk the Amish and the greatest city in the world, in this extremely emotional episode.
S7E5 - Teenagers

We talk about the law of attraction, what draws us physically to people, and argue about vocal dealbreakers. Becky tries to compliment a coworker while sexually harassing her, and Daemon fills us in on why we have to bomb Japan again. Oh, and Daemon makes us do an extremely uncomfortable ranking.
S7E1: Strange Facts
Daemon scoured the web for a pile of random facts about every topic. We only talk about nazis twice somehow though.
S6E10: Bullies
We look up our old high school bullies and talk about how a few school bullies lived and how a few others have since died. Daemon touts the virtues of bullying and being bullied. And we outline a clear blueprint to differentiate between whether someone is A) A bully B) An @$$hole or C) A strong personality and how to deal with each.
S6E7: Sports - Special Guest
This week we talk sports. Daemon tries to convince us that learning plays and strategy is more interesting than uniform colors and player names. Daemon quizzes us on team colors, real or fake names, and home team of famous athletes. We are all embarrassed.
S6E8: Hate
Bec and Daem talk about hate. We start out talking about general hate as a concept, and somehow it devolves into Becky advocating for genocide. #podfam

We breakdown the things that make us uncomfortable and things get a little awkward. We talk jealousy. Daemon calls Becky out for her abhorrent behavior when she did get jealous. Becky wants fake boobies. Another #AccidentallyPoignant™ episode. #podcast #crime #justicesystem #forprofitprison #comedy
S6E2: Beliefs
Daemon and Bec delve into the bizarre world of things we thought were true as kids, and we learn some really...interesting things together. This one starts off with minor beliefs and then just goes downhill from there. Becky drops some real bombshells and Daemon visibly struggles to keep it together. This is one of those episodes you listen to and wonder if Becky is exaggerating for comedy and unfortunately we can promise you she is not exaggerating.

We chat about the good and the bad on the internet, and how far it's come in the last 2 decades in terms of affecting the general public.
S5E10: Money
Daemon & Bec have a serious discussion money, which degrees are useless, how to become debt-free while being privilege-laden, what it's like to grow up with a sibling who scored big on the K-Mart tree, and being the child of a single mom and making ends meet. "Show me on the doll where he touched you!" "In my wallet!"
S5E9: Podcasting
We look back at our 60ish episodes and talk about what we did wrong, tips on getting started, things to avoid, things we wish we'd known, and more. We also trash talk the crap podcasts that are out there, and we strongly advise against podcasting in general.
S5E8: Morality
A discussion about moral fiber and how it relates to how we help people, what our line is in taking an accidental freebie, whether the saints were truly fully good people, and how much religion and upbringing shape your moral compass.
S5E7: Work
We promise, this isn't a self-help episode. // We talk what makes an effective or a terrible manager, how to accidentally fall into a management role, the times we've taken on more than we should have, how to recognize a toxic company and how we've absolutely failed at recognizing red flags at employers. We berate ourselves for our own failures. We are not in agreement about going back to onsite work.
S5E6: TV
We deep dive into TV shows, argue about which shows were overrated, and Daemon makes a terrible argument for The Wire.

S5E3: The 80s
S5E2: Cults
We talk about all types of cults, learn how to differentiate between a religious group and a religious cult, discuss identifying a potential cult leader, and then we decide whether we'd be a cult leader or follower, and who in our lives we'd follow if they decided to be a cult leader. Then we compose a checklist on how to choose the cult you join.
S5E1: Becky has the 'rona
Well, it happened. Becky went out and slopped around and came home with the 'rona. We discuss how it feels to get the news, quarantining, and a weird thing her doctor told her about placentas. And then we say we won't get political and proceed to get political.
S4E10: Retro Technology
We have Becky's favorite guest to chat with us about retro technology: what we were promised, how it panned out, and what we hope comes to be within the next century. We discuss the disappointing tech promised us in movies, and keep our fingers crossed on a few things that may still get here by 2032 (Talking to you, Demolition Man.) Thanks to AdaRose for the topic suggestion!
