Pandemic Art Therapy

This past summer, I signed up for a 5 Day Challenge Art Journal workshop because, I needed a creative artsy outlet to let off some steam.  It was quite therapeutic. In this podcast, I talk about my experience in the workshop and other ways I channel my creativity during this pandemic, and the idea that we all don't have to be super artists but just have the want to be creative in our own unique ways.
