"Quietly Quitting" The newest term hitting America, A reddit story

"Quietly Quitting" The newest term hitting America, A reddit story

The newest term to hit America due to a tiktok trend in july of 2022, "Quiet Quitting"  If you don't go above and beyond at your job, then you're a "Quiet Quitter".  if you do what is required at your job, you might be a "Quiet Quitter".  If you perform just enough not to be fired, you might be a "Quiet Quitter".

Is it wrong not to go above and beyond at work?

Just doing the job requirements and only working hours in trade of money?

Should you be shamed for working 9-5 monday through Friday.

If you don't answer that email on your vacation or take that call after hours, you might be a "Quiet Quitter".

Why is this bad, after all you are not being paid for the extra effort and there's no promotion waiting at the end of the month. The definition for a "Quiet Quitter" is someone who does not endure the hustle culture and go above and beyond in the workplace (summed up).  It is a loose definition, meaning lots of loose interpretations, meaning more possibilities for a toxic workplace.  No one wants that.

In the day and age of Pandemics and culture changes, we need to learn and discuss together how to combat more Negative Changes to ourselves and those around us. Some are easily confused, but that doesn't have to be you.

Send in your stories if you know someone who is a "Quiet Quitter" or if you think you yourself is a "Quiet Quitter"  I guarantee you, it's most likely NOT your FAULT.  It's not a new concept, workplace toxicity has been known FOREVER!

Why I Left My Job in 2022

Why I Left My Job in 2022

Work is great. No really it is.  I am grateful for the experiences and relationships I have made through my previous job.  Most employment, especially in a social related field can be very exhausting. Burnout happens very quickly and if you don't have supportive management, it's even worse.  In this episode I discuss why I left my previous employment and discuss some of the details which is personal to me. Sorry this is probably more of a downer episode.  I discuss more of my depression, bits of my thought process and what led me to decide to leave.  Here is a short spoiler, it took 3 months for me to finally decide to submit my resignation.

My hope for this episode, although basically me ranting, is to provide some insight and confidence that it is ok to quit and move on. There is never a good time and when it's a toxic environment we only get to control when we hand in our resignation. What helped me get through this before, was learning that others had experienced a toxic workplace also.  There are books and resources available and have many testimonials. It helps build the feeling that you're not crazy.  Good toxic leadership are masters of "push and pull" or "gaslighting" tactics.  And they appear like kind people, probably too kind.

I have started to paint again (cliche i know) and that for me is exciting as well as doing projects I enjoy. I have embraced a freelancer lifestyle at the moment. If you would like to have a logo or other design work made, please find me on fiverr or message me for details.

Wally and I met back in Highschool. We have been best friends ever since, brothers actually. This is a modest version of some of our conversations from Friday night hangouts. This time we talked about Star Wars_Mandolorian, Coca Cola, 2020, 2021, and many other topics. Oh he has a parody podcast which everyone should go over to his YouTube page and subscribe, so he will make an actual podcast! But go look at his videos they will make you laugh.

Kids_Covid_Mental Health

Kids are the future. Covid is destroying our mental health. Politics, lately, can cause a lot of anxiety. The multi variable issue in our world today is causing a backlash of issues on our mental health and daily routine. It’s vital we get back to a point of normalcy. Suicide is up and mental health down. We don’t have to stay this way. Find a hobby an interest, start a book club. Things that may help engage with others. We’re all in this together, not the only one dealing with it.

2021 WTF! Is President Biden the One to Heal the Country? Are we going into an era of socialism?

2021 has been off to a strange start. We have the oddest most unpopular president inaugurated and the other most popular but disliked president impeached. And first few days of the new president and we’re down 100,000 jobs! What’s next?

Thanksgiving 1984 or 1948 Depending on how you look at it.

Thanksgiving 1984 or 1948 Depending on how you look at it.

Thanksgiving is coming, but what's happening in the world???

Stupid Restrictions. Gov Newsom, Gov Kelly, Lightfoot, all are going fricking insane over gathering restrictions. 6 in 1 on home.  Well those of you with larger families gotta boot out your least favorite.  This is out of hand.  How do we get through this, stand up for what we believe in and what is truth, justice and the American Way.

This podcast use to be about God and becoming atheist, with some minor politics. I hope to merge multiple elements with psychology and mental health. I believe that the truth is healing even if it sucks. Understanding why something is happening vs the feeling, "it just doesn't make sense".

Shady business going on with the Biden's and whether Trump is a good candidate for another 4 years, But something is definitely not right about this year.  Covid is on the rise again, as so the media says, but there hasn't been mention of it since the election news.

A look into Sy Garte

A look into Sy Garte

Sy Garte is biochemist and published more than 200 scientific publications in genetics, epidemiology, the environment and other areas. He has been a Professor of Public Health and Environmental Health Sciences at New York University, UMDNJ, and the University of Pittsburgh. “Part of my own faith is the belief that God’s truth is the only truth, and that we can grow in our understanding of that truth through scientific and theological work.” Science and God shouldn’t be treated as enemies. Instead, we should see the beauty of the marriage of science and faith. “Scripture can appear to be self-contradicting, as can science—let alone the two with each other. All this means is that we haven’t gotten all of it right yet.” There is clearly a sense of purpose in the way living creatures behave, and we now can see some reflection of this sense in some of the new mechanisms of bio- logical variation. Purpose is still purpose, whether it springs from the genome of E. coli, the chromosomes of a chordate, the mind of humans, or the hand of God. The new EES alternatives to neo-Darwinism are not theistic, but the opening up of evolutionary theory to embrace the fundamental complexity of biological systems may very likely contain pointers to the majesty of God’s creation, including the diver- sity of life on Earth.5

Comments

Gavin Hurlimann: Cool interview. Very respectful & charitable work from both parties. Atheists take note.

Daulton Horton: I'm not trying to call this guy a liar, i think he's telling the truth, that HE thinks he was a Christian, but I'm not buying it, he was a cultural Christian with a nice personality, so was my dad until he was 60 years old before he was really born again, and he was also raised in the church, I don't believe this man was ever born again, I know he wasn't!

Brian Stevens: If he says he was a Christian, he was a Christian.  End of story.

8 Questions Atheists Can't Plausibly Answer, SJ Thomason

8 Questions Atheists Can't Plausibly Answer, SJ Thomason

Is SJ Thomason Business MGT Ph.D., Right?

8 Questions Atheists Cannot Plausibly Answer christian-apologist.com/2019/10/12/8-questions-atheists-cannot-plausibly-answer… I have YET to see a better explanation for the minimal facts surrounding Jesus' resurrection than #JESUS RESURRECTED.  #Christianity #TruthReigns

https://christian-apologist.com/2019/10/12/8-questions-atheists-cannot-plausibly-answer/

https://christian-apologist.com/

1. What explains our objective morality?

2. If an atheist’s position is that the universe is the product of chance and necessity (instead of the product of intelligence), how can he or she explain the fact that the universe is structured rationally, logically and with mathematical precision and predictability?

3. If atheists adhere to the belief that the purpose of human life is merely to procreate and survive, is it possible to determine that human life has any more value than animal life – since animals share the same basic purpose?

4. Why have so many atheists determined that the life of a fetus in a mother’s womb is less valuable than the life of his or her mother? Age discrimination? When is a human considered a human to them?

5. How can atheists explain the ordering of our DNA?

6. How can atheists explain the force that powered the Big Bang of the universe?

7. How can atheists explain our desire for heavenly joy?

8. What is the best explanation for the minimal facts surrounding Jesus’ resurrection?

Hobby Lobby was found to have used couriers that had willfully used methods to conceal the provenance of the allegedly stolen items. The museum released a statement that these artifacts were never owned by the Museum of the Bible and were never intended to be part of their collection. In 2018, the items were returned to Iraq, and the company paid a $3 million fine.[48] Scott Thumma, a dean and professor of sociology of religion at Hartford Seminary, defended Hobby Lobby during the smuggling controversy. What an Ex-Penacostal says about their Religion/ The Area-51 Raid

What an Ex-Penacostal says about their Religion/ The Area-51 Raid

“I sparked a movement while I was bored at 2 a.m,” Roberts told the L.A. Times. https://www.nj.com/entertainment/2019/09/yes-people-actually-showed-up-to-storm-area-51.html

In July 1947 a rancher by the name of Mac Brazel found strange metal strewn over his land in New Mexico. Brazel took this debris to the authorities in Roswell. The commanding officer at the time Colonel Blanchard was also intrigued and he ordered an investigation. After collecting the shrapnel and other evidence off of Brazel’s property, the first Army command at Roswell issued a press release stating that they had recovered some type of “flying disk”

Conclusion

Area 51 is one of the most widely recognized secrets in the United States. While only a select few know for sure what happens in this facility, many believe that there are supernatural events and government tests that would change the way we feel about the universe. Will Area 51 conspiracy theories last forever or will the United States government eventually come clean about everything that happens behind the barbed wired fences?

https://www.conspiracies.net/area-51-conspiracy-theories

The universe cannot be younger than the objects contained inside of it. By determining the ages of the oldest stars, scientists are able to put a limit on the age.

The life cycle of a star is based on its mass. More massive stars burn faster than their lower-mass siblings. A star 10 times as massive as the sun will burn through its fuel supply in 20 million years, while a star with half the sun's mass will last more than 20 billion years. The mass also affects the brightness, or luminosity, of a star; more massive stars are brighter. [Related: The Brightest Stars: Luminosity & Magnitude] Known as Population III stars, the first stars were massive and short-lived. They contained only hydrogen and helium, but through fusion began to create the elements that would help to build the next generation of stars. Scientists have been hunting for traces of the first stars for decades.

"Those stars were the ones that formed the first heavy atoms that ultimately allowed us to be here," David Sobral, an astronomer from the University of Lisbon in Portugal, said in a statement. Sobral was part of a team that identified a bright galaxy with evidence of Population III stars.

"The detection of dust in the early universe provides new information on when the first supernovae exploded and hence the time when the first hot stars bathed the universe in light," ESO officials said in a statement. "Determining the timing of this 'cosmic dawn' is one of the holy grails of modern astronomy, and it can be indirectly probed through the study of early interstellar dust."

Early stars aren't the only way to place limits on the age of the universe. Dense collections of stars known as globular clusters have similar characteristics. The oldest known globular clusters have stars with ages that appear to be between 11 and 14 billion years old. The wide range comes from problems in pinpointing the distances to the clusters, which affects estimates of brightness and thus mass. If the cluster is farther away than scientists have measured, the stars would be brighter, thus more massive, thus younger than calculated.

Benny Hinn Confesses! Or was it for more Seeds? Pastors Misleading the Masses

(CNSNews.com) – A new analysis from Georgetown University that attempts to document the economic value of religion in U.S. society found that the faith sector is worth $1.2 trillion, more than the combined revenue of the top 10 technology companies in the country, including Apple, Amazon, and Google. The study, The Socioeconomic Contributions of Religion to American Society: An Empirical Analysis, makes three estimates of the quantitative economic value of faith to American society.
The first estimate took into account only the revenues of faith-based organizations, which came to $378 billion annually. The second estimate, $1.2 trillion, included the fair market value of goods and services provided by religious organizations and included contributions of businesses with religious roots.
The third, higher-end, estimate of $4.8 trillion takes into account the household incomes of religiously affiliated Americans, assuming that they conduct their affairs according to their religious beliefs.

People around the globe know Pastor Benny Hinn as a noted evangelist, teacher, and the author of best-selling books including Good Morning, Holy Spirit, Prayer That Gets Results, Blood in the Sand, and Lamb of God.
His TV program, This Is Your Day, is among the world’s most-watched Christian programs, seen daily in 200 countries.
His popular website and ministry app reach millions of people every single day in areas of the world that may not otherwise hear about the Gospel.
Yet there is much more to the story of the man, and his ministry, who has impacted the world for more than four decades with the life-saving and miracle-working message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Beginnings
Benny Hinn was born on December 3, 1952, in the port city of Jaffa (part of modern Tel Aviv), Israel, where his family had set up residence as immigrants to Palestine from Greece. In 1968, not long after the Six-Day War, he moved with his family to Canada.
In February 1972, Benny Hinn’s life took on an entirely new meaning when he surrendered his heart and life to Jesus Christ as high school friends prayed with him. Soon afterward, he was called to minister the Gospel.
In April 1974, young Benny received a vision of people falling into a roaring inferno and heard the words:
if you do not preach, every soul that falls will be your responsibility!
On December 7, 1974, four days after his 22nd birthday, Benny Hinn first stood behind a pulpit to preach the Gospel—his life-long stuttering problem suddenly healed! From that moment, he would fearlessly seek to fulfill our Lord’s Great Commission.
Pastor Benny Hinn has preached the Gospel face to face and through television to more than a billion people. Through Miracle Healing Services, conferences, TV broadcasts, the Internet, printed page, and audio-video recordings, this evangelist’s straightforward, uncompromising message of God’s love has inspired hundreds of millions to a personal relationship and deeper walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Pastor Benny’s ministry is also engaged in work with My Father’s House children’s homes in Mexico and Asia, as well as with feeding programs, crisis relief, and hospital care. For years, his ministry has provided food, clothing, shelter, education, and religious training for thousands around the globe (including partnerships with numerous missionary and relief agencies).

Refuting J. Warner Wallace

Refuting J. Warner Wallace

Thank you to the person on twitter for submitting your request for me to discuss the points from another person, rather I'd really like to discuss your's not J. Warner Wallace, who is a gimmicky scammer. I do truly appreciate your request though and I gave my best rebuttal (rant) for what I could do with wingin'it at 11:pm at night. I look forward to your response and maybe hope to do an interview so there is another side of dialogue.  I wish you the best, I don't expect you to just believe what I say and hope you will consider it as you do anything else and truly test what you know. All the best in the future and please listen to the last portion of the podcast, there is a message to you there. About the last 5 mins or so.

I AM the SON of GOD says so right here ---->‘Adam, which was the son of God.’ (Luke 3:38)

J. Warner Wallace is a Dateline featured cold-case homicide detective, popular national speaker and best-selling author. He continues to consult on cold-case investigations while serving as a Senior Fellow at the Colson Center for Christian Worldview. He is also an adjunct professor of apologetics at Biola University and a faculty member at Summit Ministries. J. Warner became a Christ-follower at the age of thirty-five after investigating the claims of the New Testament gospels using his skill set as a detective. He eventually earned a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.

J. Warner has appeared on television and radio, explaining the role that evidence plays in the Christian definition of “faith” and defending the historicity of Jesus, the reliability of the Bible and the truth of the Christian worldview. Jim also speaks at churches, retreats and camps as he seeks to help people become confident Christian case makers. J. Warner’s book, Cold-Case Christianity, provides readers with ten principles of cold case investigations and utilizes these principles to examine the reliability of the gospel eyewitness accounts. In God’s Crime Scene, he investigates eight pieces of evidence in the universe to make the case for God’s existence. In Forensic Faith, J. Warner makes the case for a more reasonable, evidential Christian faith.

J. Warner’s professional investigative work has received national recognition; his cases have been featured more than any other detective on NBC’s Dateline, and his work has also appeared on CourtTV and Fox News. He also appears on television as an investigative consultant (most recently on truTV) and had a role in God’s Not Dead 2, making the case for the historicity of Jesus. J. Warner was awarded the Police and Fire Medal of Valor “Sustained Superiority” Award for his continuing work on cold-case homicides, and the CopsWest Award after solving a 1979 murder. Relying on over two decades of investigative experience, J. Warner provides his readers and audiences with the tools they will need to investigate the claims of Christianity and make a convincing case for the truth of the Christian worldview. Being an Atheist, Update from "You're an Atheist Now What"

Being an Atheist, Update from "You're an Atheist Now What"

This is an update about being an atheist 1 yr in total.  Thanks to all who submitted questions and comments and continued the discussion beyond the Podcast! It is truly an amazing experience to see more discussion come about on such a difficult topic. And thanks to all my supporters to whom I would feel lost without!

How do you explain your atheism to friends and family?

How do you explain it to children?

Can you talk about it at work?

Has it changed daily routines?

If family or friends are flaunting religion, how do you react? What if they are completely different behind closed doors, away from the social scene?

How did family react to you coming out about it?

What choices did you make with God as a consideration vs now not having that authority to rely on?

Does it burst everyone’s bubble when you talk about your atheism?

Isn’t atheism a religion?

You must be an evolutionist and that takes a significant amount of faith.

This question submitted by someone named mom wants to know, Is your life any better? And don’t you think it’s a coincidence that you were baptized around this same time.

1. Horus (3100 B.C.)

Horus was one of the many Egyptian Gods.

He had 12 disciples.

One was born of a virgin in a cave.

Like Jesus, his birth was announced via a star.

And three wise men showed up!

He was baptized when he was 30 by Anup the Baptizer.

He rose a guy from the dead and walked on water.

Lastly, he was crucified, buried like Jesus in a tomb, and resurrected.

2. Buddha (563 B.C.)

Healed the sick

Walked on water.

Fed 500 men from one basket of cakes.

Taught a lot of the same things Jesus taught, including equality for all.

He spent three days in jail.

Was resurrected when he died.

3. Mithra (2000 B.C.)

An ancient Zoroastrian deity with similarities to Jesus.

Virginal birth on December 25th.

Swaddled and laid in a manger.

Tended by shepherds in the manger.

He had 12 companions (or disciples).

Performed miracles.

Gave his own life to save the world.

Dead for three days, then resurrected.

Called “the Way, the Truth and the Light.”

Has his own version of a Eucharistic-style “Lord’s supper.”

4. Krishna (around 3000 B.C.)

A Hindu God.

Born after his mom was impregnated by a God.

Angels, wise men, and shepherds were at his birth.

Guess what gifts they gave him? Gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

A jealous bad guy ordered the slaughter of all newborns, just as happened with Jesus.

Baptized in a river.

Performed miracles, including raising the dead and healing the deaf and blind.

Rose from the dead to ascend to heaven.

Is expected to return to earth someday to fight the “Prince of Evil.”

5. Osiris (around 2500 B.C.)

Son of an Egyptian God.

Killed and the resurrected after three days in hell. WTF? A common theme here!

Performed miracles

Had 12 disciples.

Taught rebirth through water baptism.

The Effects of Workplace Bullying and Relationships in the Workplace

The Effects of Workplace Bullying and Relationships in the Workplace

Todays interview is with Jill (New Jersey) who speaks about her experience at touchtone, involving a manager and the effects caused by workplace bullying. You can find her blog at myyellowbrickroad0301.blogspot.com/ and her facebook at www.facebook.com/meepsmommy/.
The WBI Definition of Workplace Bullying
Workplace Bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators. It is abusive conduct that is :

Threatening, humiliating, or intimidating, or
Work interference — sabotage — which prevents work from getting done, or
Verbal abuse

This definition was used in the 2014 WBI U.S. Workplace Bullying Survey. Its national prevalence was assessed. Read the Survey results.
Workplace Bullying...

Is driven by perpetrators' need to control the targeted individual(s).
Is initiated by bullies who choose their targets, timing, location, and methods.
Is a set of acts of commission (doing things to others) or omission (withholding resources from others)
Requires consequences for the targeted individual
Escalates to involve others who side with the bully, either voluntarily or through coercion.
Undermines legitimate business interests when bullies' personal agendas take precedence over work itself.
Is akin to domestic violence at work, where the abuser is on the payroll.

Read more about Bullying in comparison to Schoolyard Bullying, Workplace Violence and Incivility.
Synonyms that reflect the seriousness of bullying: Psychological Violence, Psychological Harassment, Personal Harassment, 'Status-Blind' Harassment, Mobbing, Emotional Abuse at Work
Euphemisms intended to trivialize bullying and its impact on bullied people: Incivility, Disrespect, Difficult People, Personality Conflict, Negative Conduct, Ill Treatment
Not calling bullying "bullying," in order to avoid offending the sensibilities of those who made the bullying possible, is a disservice to bullied individuals whose jobs, careers, and health have been threatened as the result. Tom Engelhardt said it wisely when he said, "Words denied mean analyses not offered, things not grasped, surprise not registered, strangeness not taken in, all of which means that terrible mistakes are repeated, wounding ways of acting in the world never seriously reconsidered. The words' absence chains you to the present, to what's accepted and acceptable."
The Relation to Domestic Violence
Being bullied at work most closely resembles the experience of being a battered spouse. The abuser inflicts pain when and where she or he chooses, keeping the target (victim) off balance knowing that violence can happen on a whim, but dangling the hope that safety is possible during a period of peace of unknown duration. The target is kept close to the abuser by the nature of the relationship between them -- husband to wife or boss to subordinate or co-worker to co-worker.

Belief is damaging, dangerous, and destructive. Learn why I say this and what should be in it's place.  How it affects our thoughts and thinking. Beliefs like evolution, or the age of the earth, bigfoot and lochness, what's real and what's not and why belief in these things do not make them real.

Hate Preachers and their Make America Straight Again (MASA) Agenda

There are preachers that are asking for the execution of the LGBTQ on a day memorializing the Pulse Night Club shooting and celebration of LGBTQ coming out and being accepted. They use the same Bible to justify their actions. I would say this is enough for concern and they should be taken seriously and put in jail for conspiracy to harm and terrorize others.  Yet nothing is being done due to the "freedom of religion" clause.  If it is not a positive impact onto another, it needs to be learned that it is then not ok and shouldn't be in a fictitious God's eye's either.

It's a hard topic to discuss and just a disclaimer as I say many times in the recording, I am not trying to single out any one party or place one above the other.  I am attempting to discuss this on a level playing field and not beat around the bush.  Let me know your thoughts as this topic will likely continue and there will be more to discuss later on after this event if anything does or does not happen.

Discussing Peter Kreeft and Mark Spence, God VS Atheism

Discussing Peter Kreeft and Mark Spence, God VS Atheism

Peter Kreeft, Ph.D., is a professor of philosophy at Boston College. He loves his five grandchildren, four children, one wife, one cat, and one God. His 75 books include: Handbook of Christian Apologetics Christianity for Modern Pagans, Fundamentals of the Faith
Belief in God, according to atheists, is irrational, illogical, and dumb. Belief that the universe created itself is, they say, intelligent, rational, and based in science. This is simply false. Nothing can create itself. Everything has a cause -- including the universe. That cause, argues Peter Kreeft, professor of philosophy at Boston College, is God, the "unmoved mover." Belief in God, as Kreeft shows, is more rational than belief in nothing. Logic, science, and reason, support God. Atheism, as you'll see, is far more steeped in blind faith than is belief.
Mark Spence is the Vice President of Outreach at Living Waters and the Dean of the online School of Biblical Evangelism, with over 18,000 students enrolled since its inception. A popular speaker at conferences and universities, he also cohosts season five of the television program “Way of the Master,” engaging skeptics and equipping Christians in evangelism and apologetics. A former assistant pastor, Mark is the Producer and Editor of several Living Waters films, and he and his wife, Laura, homeschool their five children.
Atheism is one thing: A lack of belief in gods.
Atheism is not an affirmative belief that there is no god nor does it answer any other question about what a person believes. It is simply a rejection of the assertion that there are gods. Atheism is too often defined incorrectly as a belief system. To be clear: Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.
Older dictionaries define atheism as “a belief that there is no God.” Clearly, theistic influence taints these definitions. The fact that dictionaries define Atheism as “there is no God” betrays the (mono)theistic influence. Without the (mono)theistic influence, the definition would at least read “there are no gods.”

There Were Dinosaurs on the Ark! Dr. Tommy Mitchell, (?) Bryan Osborne

There Were Dinosaurs on the Ark! Dr. Tommy Mitchell, (?) Bryan Osborne

EXPLICIT! Dr. Tommy Mitchell holds an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and had a thriving medical practice for 20 years before pursuing creation ministry fulltime. Since 2005, Dr. Mitchell has served as a speaker and author for Answers in Genesis.

(MS?) Bryan Osborne holds a master’s degree in education from Lee University. Bryan taught Bible history in a public school for 13 years, and has been teaching Christians to defend their faith for nearly 20 years. Bryan is now a speaker and author for Answers in Genesis.

Dinosaurs became extinct about 65 million years ago. This extinction event occurred between the Cretaceous and Tertiary periods and wiped out about 50 percent of all other organisms then living on the planet.

Because the dinosaurs died out in a relatively short period of time, scientists surmise that some sort of global disaster had caused this massive extinction event. Some extinction theories include an increase in volcanism,a change in the climate, the movement of continents and the consumption of dinosaur eggs by evolving mammalian species.

In the 1980s, Luis Alvarez proposed one of the most probable theories for the extinction. He believed that an extraterrestrial object such as an asteroid or meteorite crashed on Earth, throwing up debris into the atmosphere. This debris effectively blocked out much of the sun's light, causing plants to die worldwide, which led to the extinction of many species unable to cope with this climate change.

https://www.reference.com/pets-animals/did-dinosaurs-become-extinct-2335f631818c4485

Sixty-five million years ago, the last of the non-avian dinosaurs went extinct. So too did the giant mosasaurs and plesiosaurs in the seas and the pterosaurs in the skies. Plankton, the base of the ocean food chain, took a hard hit. Many families of brachiopods and sea sponges disappeared. The remaining hard-shelled ammonites vanished. Shark diversity shriveled. Most vegetation withered. In all, more than half of the world's species were obliterated.

https://www.nationalgeographic.com/science/prehistoric-world/dinosaur-extinction/

For 165 million years, dinosaurs dominated land, sea, and sky. Long-necked Brachiosauruses lumbered along like mobile four-story buildings. Tyrannosaurus rex chased down prey with 50 to 60 teeth as big as bananas. Mosasaurs stretching 55 feet from snout to tail terrorized the seas, consuming everything they could catch.

But 66 million years ago, the world’s climate drastically changed. Dinosaurs had thrived in the warm temperatures and mild weather of the Mesozoic era. All of a sudden, the Earth became much colder and darker. Plants died and food became scarce. All the dinosaurs—except for the ancestors of modern birds—and three quarters of the creatures living on Earth went extinct.

https://www.popsci.com/how-did-dinosaurs-go-extinct

Evolutionists want to make us believe that dinosaurs became extinct 65 million years ago to support their theory of   evolution.  But if this were true, there would never have been any interaction between men and dinosaurs.  So are there any?  Yes! There are many accounts of dragons in folklore all around the world.  There's even a dinosaur account in the Bible.  We read about a dinosaur in Job chapter 40:

A Conversation With Amazon Software Engineer

A Conversation With Amazon Software Engineer

Amazon is the largest e-commerce marketplace and cloud computing platform in the world as measured by revenue and market capitalization. Amazon.com was founded by Jeff Bezos on July 5, 1994, and started as an online bookstore but later diversified to sell video downloads/streaming, MP3 downloads/streaming, audiobook downloads/streaming, software, video games, electronics, apparel, furniture, food, toys, and jewelry. The company also owns a publishing arm, Amazon Publishing, a film and television studio, Amazon Studios, produces consumer electronics lines including Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Fire TV, and Echo devices, and is the world's largest provider of cloud infrastructure services (IaaS and PaaS) through its AWS subsidiary.[8] Amazon has separate retail websites for some countries and also offers international shipping of some of its products to certain other countries. 100 million people subscribe to Amazon Prime.

Amazon is the largest Internet company by revenue in the world and the second largest employer in the United States. In 2015, Amazon surpassed Walmart as the most valuable retailer in the United States by market capitalization. In 2017, Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market for $13.4 billion, which vastly increased Amazon's presence as a brick-and-mortar retailer. The acquisition was interpreted by some[by whom?] as a direct attempt to challenge Walmart's traditional retail stores.

Kirk Cameron, Is an American Actor. He is known for his role as Mike Seaver on the ABC sitcom Growing Pains (1985-92), a role for which he was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. The evolution of mammalian auditory ossicles was an evolutionary event in which bones in the jaw of reptiles were co-opted to form part of the hearing apparatus in mammals. The event is well-documented[1] and important[2][3] as a demonstration of transitional forms and exaptation, the re-purposing of existing structures during evolution.[4]

Maslow's hierarchy of needs, represented as a pyramid with the more basic needs at the bottom[1]

Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation" in Psychological Review.[2] Maslow subsequently extended the idea to include his observations of humans' innate curiosity. His theories parallel many other theories of human developmental psychology, some of which focus on describing the stages of growth in humans. He then decided to create a classification system which reflected the universal needs of society as its base and then proceeding to more acquired emotions.[3] Maslow's hierarchy of needs is used to study how humans intrinsically partake in behavioral motivation. Maslow used the terms "physiological", "safety", "belonging and love", "social needs" or "esteem", and "self-actualization" to describe the pattern through which human motivations generally move. This means that in order for motivation to occur at the next level, each level must be satisfied within the individual themselves. Furthermore, this theory is a key foundation in understanding how drive and motivation are correlated when discussing human behavior. Each of these individual levels contains a certain amount of internal sensation that must be met in order for an individual to complete their hierarchy.[3] The goal in Maslow's theory is to attain the fifth level or stage: self-actualization.[4]

God's Latest Miracle Helps You Pass Gas!?

God's Latest Miracle Helps You Pass Gas!?

In this episode, a recent article was published in a medical journal that claims to have had an divine intervention from the Holy Spirit that helped this man who suffered from gastroparesis for 16 years finally pass gas!  Many Christians such as Lee Strobel, the author of "the case for Christ" posted this article on twitter saying:

"Breaking: Peer-reviewed medical journal publishes documented case of spontaneous healing after prayer in name of Jesus – young man healed of gastroparesis after not being able to eat without feeding tube for 16 years."

Although this article does state that the boy 22 did experience what he claims was the holy spirit, the article does not claim that it was because of the prayer that caused him to be healed from his issue.  Read this article for yourself, some of the things to note are mostly bias interpretations and not based on any actual science. Although there is some that can be correlated or suggests reasonable contributions.  There is no evidence or tests conducted to confirm if prayer was repetitive (if it worked on the patient in the next room as well) or if it was a neuro networking of the brain that caused a change in his condition. Some things to consider before going off the title alone.

Gastroparesis is a condition in which your stomach cannot empty itself of food in a normal fashion. It can be caused by damage to the vagus nerve, which regulates the digestive system. A damaged vagus nerve prevents the muscles in the stomach and intestine from functioning, preventing food from moving through the digestive system properly. Often, the cause of gastroparesis is unknown.

However, the causes of gastroparesis can include:

In this podcast I interview Ex-Amazon Customer service employee Ismaila Ndiaye.  Ismaila and his wife both worked for the company.  However, she is now sick and they are both Jobless.  They are doing there best considering the circumstances and had this to share.

Amazon.com, Inc., doing business as Amazon,  is a multinational technology company focusing in e-commerce, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence in Seattle, Washington.

Amazon is the largest e-commerce marketplace and cloud computing platform in the world as measured by revenue and market capitalization. Readers, including Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, say they are appalled by the anecdotes of insensitivity in the Times report. But the controversy has raised the possibility that the underlying business model portrayed in the article is legitimate or perhaps inevitable. The Times article quotes an ex-Amazon employee who says CEO Jeff Bezos has envisioned a “new workplace: fluid but tough, with employees staying only a short time and employers demanding the maximum.”

Working at Amazon: 189 Suicide Attempts, Mental Health Episodes Reportedly Took Place Over Five Years

The 189 calls about Amazon employees, which Amazon tracked through police reports and emergency call logs, came from 46 Amazon warehouses in 17 states. These 46 facilities make up a quarter of such spaces around the country.  Calls to 911 dispatchers detailed incidents in which Amazon workers tried to cut themselves and talked about killing themselves.

"They started treating human beings as robots, essentially," he told CBS News in 2018. "If it proves cheaper to replace humans with machines, I assume they will do that. I couldn't see them being concerned with people losing their jobs."

Workplace Bullying_An Interview with an Ex-Pret Employee

Today's podcast hosts a special guest Late Night Girl. Due to the hardships in her personal life, work became another source of hardship to what was already a difficult time. You will learn exactly what bullying in the workplace looks like from her story and how you can overcome and deal with these troubling matters.        After interviewing LNG, her thoughts and the way she spoke was with complete sincerity. I first learned most from her blog and chatted with her via email for a few days and couldn't wait to hear more. Let's just say that despite all the blogs, the emotion and compassion doesn't quite convey itself in text alone. You have to hear it from her yourself.  If you are going through workplace bullying and feel you are alone in this, then listen to this. You will no longer feel alone!  Late Night Girl can be found on Twitter and other social media and more specifically her blog listed here ----------------->https://expret.org/blog/      Pret a Manger is an international sandwich shop chain based in the United Kingdom, commonly referred to simply as Pret. Founded in 1983, Pret currently has over 450 shops in nine countries.    Pret A Manger, 1986 onwards Beecham and Metcalfe started a new operation, using the Pret A Manger name purchased from the former company's liquidator. They opened their first Pret A Manger in July 1986, located at 75b Victoria Street in London. Beecham and Metcalfe had met while studying at university.[14]  The pair developed the chain's menu of handmade natural food, prepared in shop kitchens, and they remain significant shareholders in the company. The iconic logo was created by Adrian Kilby, founder of The Formation Creative Consultants Europe Ltd in the 1990s.  In 1995 Metcalfe and Beecham set up the Pret Foundation Trust with the aim to alleviate poverty in the UK. The Trust receives donations from the sale of products and collection boxes in shops. The donations fund Pret's "Charity Run" vans which deliver unsold food to homeless shelters at the end of each day.  The first shop outside of London was opened on Broad Street, New York, in 2000. In 2016, there were 74 Pret shops in the United States.  In 2001, McDonald's bought a 33% non-controlling stake in the company, which they sold in 2008 to private equity firm Bridgepoint Capital. The company opened its first shop in France in 2012, and had a total of 19 shops in France in 2016.[18]  In 2016, its group sales were £776 million.  On 19 March 2018, the company opened it first store in The Netherlands located in the central railway station of Utrecht.  On 29 May 2018, JAB Holding Company announced that it will acquire Pret A Manger from Bridgepoint, with the deal expected to be completed during summer 2018. The company emphasises the use of natural ingredients and advertises that its sandwiches are made on the day of purchase in a kitchen at each location (with the stated exception of a few small outlets).  Food left unsold at the end of the day is collected by charities.  Sandwiches are packaged in paperboard rather than sealed plastic.[24] 67% of its trade is in London, where around three-quarters of its stores are located

When Pastors Bully

When Pastors Bully

Continuing with Workplace Bullies, the church is someones workplace. Whether you are a attendee you are still at someone's place of business and susceptible to the same treatment they give their employees. In this episode I discuss more about religious bullying from the church.

Church bullies are common in many churches. They wreak havoc and create dissension. They typically must have an "enemy" in the church, because they aren't happy unless they are fighting a battle. They tend to maneuver to get an official leadership position in the church, such as chairman of the elders or deacons or treasurer.

1.They do not recognize themselves as bullies. To the contrary, they see themselves as necessary heroes sent to save the church from her own self.

2. They have personal and self-serving agendas. They have determined what "their" church should look like. Any person or ministry or program that is contrary to their perceived ideal church must be eliminated.

3. They seek to form power alliances with weak members in the church. They will pester and convince groups, committees, and persons to be their allies in their cause. Weaker church staff members and church members will succumb to their forceful personalities.

4. They tend to have intense and emotional personalities. These bullies use the intensity of their personalities to get their way.

5. They are famous for saying "people are saying." They love to gather tidbits of information and shape it to their own agendas.

6. They find their greatest opportunities in low expectation churches. Many of the church members have an entitlement view of church membership. They seek to get their own needs and preferences fulfilled. They, therefore, won't trouble themselves to confront and deal with church bullies. That leads to the next issue, which is a consequence of this point

7. They are allowed to bully because church members will not stand up to them. I have spoken with pastors and church staff who have been attacked by church bullies. While the bully brings them great pain, they have even greater hurt because most of the church members stood silent and let it happen.

8. They create chaos and wreak havoc. A church bully always has his next mission. While he or she may take a brief break from one bullying mission to the next, they are not content unless they are exerting the full force of their manipulative behavior.

9. They often move to other churches after they have done their damage. Whether they are forced out or simply get bored, they will move to other churches with the same bullying mission. Some bullies have wreaked havoc in three or more churches.

Church bullying is epidemic in many of our congregations. They must be stopped. In my article on Wednesday, I deal with the topic of preventing church bullying. In the meantime, let me hear from you.

Discussing Superstition with Wally Esoy

Wally Esoy is my close and personal friend, we met in freshman year of high school which was now 16 or so years ago. He use to live about a house or two over. He plays guitar and keys when he can and we were typically the noisiest kids in the neighborhood. Some of the best conversations have been with this guy and if you ever wanted to meet someone that felt like a buddy you’ve known for years, it’s this guy. There may have been some drinks prior to recording this. But that’s how we get on these bizarre and odd topics. And for that I appreciate he is my friend and discussing some of the craziest shit sometimes!

Does God Exist? Refuting William Lane Craig

William Lane Craig is an American analytic philosopher and Christian theologian. He holds faculty positions at Talbot School of Theology (Biola University) and Houston Baptist University. Craig has developed and defended the Kalam Cosmological Argument for the existence of God. He also focused in his published work on a historical argument for the resurrection of Jesus. His research on divine aseity and Platonism culminated with his book God Over All.  He has also debated the existence of God with public figures such as Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens, Lawrence M. Krauss and A. C. Grayling. Craig established and runs the online apologetics ministry ReasonableFaith.org.

A first state of the material world cannot have a material explanation and must originate ex nihilo in being without material cause, because no natural explanation can be causally prior to the very existence of the natural world (space-time and its contents). It follows necessarily that the cause is outside of space and time (timeless, spaceless), immaterial, and enormously powerful, in bringing the entirety of material reality into existence.

Even if positing a plurality of causes prior to the origin of the universe, the causal chain must terminate in a cause which is absolutely first and uncaused, otherwise an infinite regress of causes would arise.

Occam's Razor maintains that unicity of the First Cause should be assumed unless there are specific reasons to believe that there is more than one causeless cause.

Agent causation, volitional action, is the only ontological condition in which an effect can arise in the absence of prior determining conditions. Therefore, only personal, free agency can account for the origin of a first temporal effect from a changeless cause.

Abstract objects, the only other ontological category known to have the properties of being uncaused, spaceless, timeless and immaterial, do not sit in causal relationships, nor can they exercise volitional causal power.

Continued! R Kelly Jailed for Unpaid Child Support!

R&B singer R. Kelly walked into a Chicago courtroom on Monday wearing an orange jail jumpsuit for a hearing in his sexual abuse case after spending the weekend in jail, as confidants tried to come up with $100,000 to get him released. Kelly, one of the best-selling music artists of all time, was arrested late Friday on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse involving four victims, three of whom were minors. A judge on Saturday set bond at $1 million, requiring the Grammy Award-winning singer to pay 10 percent.

Hours after his explosive interview with Gayle King aired on "CBS This Morning," R. Kelly found himself back behind bars Wednesday where authorities said he'll remain until he comes up with the more than $161,000 he owes in child support payments. Kelly tells King he has about $350,000 left in his bank account and discusses allegations of abuse from his ex-wife. https://youtu.be/vb99iKIkf68

Kinesics is the study and interpretation of nonverbal communication related to the movement of any part of the body or the body as a whole;[48] in layman's terms, it is the study of body language. However, Ray Birdwhistell, who is considered the founder of this area of study, never used the term body language, and did not consider it appropriate. He argued that what can be conveyed with the body does not meet the linguist's definition of language.[3]

Birdwhistell pointed out that "human gestures differ from those of other animals in that they are polysemic, that they can be interpreted to have many different meanings depending on the communicative context in which they are produced". And, he "resisted the idea that 'body language' could be deciphered in some absolute fashion". He also indicated that "every body movement must be interpreted broadly and in conjunction with every other element in communication".[3]

R Kelly Explodes in Interview with CBS Gayle King

In an explosive interview, R. Kelly is breaking his silence about the sexual abuse charges that landed him in jail last month. The embattled R&B singer spoke with “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King for nearly 80 minutes Tuesday. He said all the women now accusing him of physical and sexual abuse are lying.

Robert Sylvester Kelly (born January 8, 1967)[7] is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and former professional basketball player. A native of Chicago, Kelly began performing during the late 1980s and debuted in 1992 with the group Public Announcement. In 1993, Kelly went solo with the album 12 Play. He is known for various songs including "Bump N' Grind", "Your Body's Callin'", "I Believe I Can Fly", "Gotham City", "Ignition (Remix)", "If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time", "The World's Greatest", "I'm a Flirt (Remix)", and the hip-hopera "Trapped in the Closet". In 1998, Kelly won three Grammy Awards for "I Believe I Can Fly".[8]

MOMO causes teens to commit suicide and Porn makes people Kill? Are beliefs from digital media REAL?

The "Momo Challenge" is a hoax and urban legend about a nonexistent social media challenge that was spread on Facebook and other media outlets.[1][2] It was reported that children and adolescents were being enticed by a user named Momo to perform a series of dangerous tasks including violent attacks and suicide.[3][4][5] Despite claims in 2019 that the phenomenon had reached worldwide proportions in July 2018, the number of actual complaints was relatively small and no law enforcement agency has confirmed that anyone was harmed as a direct result of it.[6][7][8][9]  Awareness of the alleged challenge rose in February 2019 after the Police Service of Northern Ireland posted a public warning on Facebook.[10]

Blue Whale (Russian: Синий кит, translit. Siniy kit), also known as Blue Whale Challenge, is a social network phenomenon dating from 2016 that is claimed to exist in several countries. It is a "game" reportedly consisting of a series of tasks assigned to players by administrators over a 50-day period, initially innocuous before introducing elements of self-harm and the final challenge requiring the player to commit suicide.[1][2]

The presence of psychopathy in the workplace—although psychopaths typically represent a relatively small percentage of the staff—can do enormous damage when in senior management roles.[1] Psychopaths are usually most common at higher levels of corporate organizations and their actions often cause a ripple effect throughout an organization, setting the tone for an entire corporate culture. Examples of detrimental effects are increased bullying, conflict, stress, staff turnover and absenteeism; reduction in productivity and in social responsibility.[2] Ethical standards of entire organizations can be badly damaged if a corporate psychopath is in charge.[3] A 2017 UK study found that companies with leaders who show "psychopathic characteristics" destroy shareholder value, tending to have poor future returns on equity.[4] Academics refer to psychopaths in the workplace individually variously as workplace psychopaths, executive psychopaths, corporate psychopaths, business psychopaths, successful psychopaths, office psychopaths, white-collar psychopaths, industrial psychopaths, organizational psychopaths or occupational psychopaths.[5] Criminal psychologist Robert D. Hare coined the term "Snakes in Suits" as a synonym for workplace psychopaths.[6]

1 in 25 Americans fit the criteria for sociopathy.  Dr. Hervey Cleckley was the first researcher to name the concept of psychopathy in 1941.

Workplace Bullies, Tactics and Goals to Survive

Workplace Bullies, Tactics and Goals to Survive

Workplace bullying is a persistent pattern of mistreatment from others in the workplace that causes either physical or emotional harm.[1]  It can include such tactics as verbal, nonverbal, psychological, physical abuse and humiliation. This type of workplace aggression is particularly difficult because, unlike the typical school bully, workplace bullies often operate within the established rules and policies of their organization and their society. In the majority of cases, bullying in the workplace is reported as having been by someone who has authority over their victim. However, bullies can also be peers, and occasionally subordinates.[2] Research has also investigated the impact of the larger organizational context on bullying as well as the group-level processes that impact on the incidence and maintenance of bullying behaviour.[3] Bullying can be covert or overt. It may be missed by superiors; it may be known by many throughout the organization.  Negative effects are not limited to the targeted individuals, and may lead to a decline in employee morale and a change in organizational culture.[4] It can also take place as overbearing supervision, constant criticism, and blocking promotions.[5]

Step One - Name it! Legitimize Yourself!

Step Two - Take Time Off to Heal & Launch a Counterattack

Step Three - Expose the Bully

Stress-related diseases and health complications from prolonged exposure to the stressors of bullying:

Cardiovascular Problems: Hypertension (60%) to Strokes, Heart Attacks; Adverse Neurological Changes: Neurotransmitter Disruption, Hippocampus and Amygdala atrophy;Gastrointestinal: IBD, colitis; Immunological Impairment: More frequent infections of greater severity

Auto-immune disorders;Fibromyalgia (21%), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (33%);Diabetes (10%); Skin Disorders (17%)

Nausea, Tremors of the Lips, Hands, Etc., Feeling Uncoordinated,Chills, Profuse Sweating, Diarrhea, Rapid Heartbeat, Rapid Breathing, Elevated Blood Pressure, Chest Pain, Uncontrollable Crying, Headaches; 37% of workers have been bullied: 13% currently and 24% previously; Most bullies are bosses (72%) ;More perpetrators are men (60%) than are women(40%); Most Targets (57%) are women; Women bullies target women (71%); men target men (54%); Bullying is 4 times more prevalent than illegal discriminatory harassment; 62% of employers ignore the problem;45% of Targets suffer stress-related health problems; 40% of bullied individuals never tell their employers; Only 3% of bullied people file lawsuits

Religious Bullies and Workplace Bullies, How to identify and Understand where their coming from and fight against it! Clip from Ray Comfort, Living Waters

Bullying sucks whether your the one bullying or receiving the mistreatment from others.  It might be hard to understand why someone would be treating someone else so poorly. Well there are reasons for this and it sucks for both sides.  Here is a short discussion in a series of discussions to follow on how to deal with different types of bullies.

Church bullies usually give themselves away by what they say. Often, they might say things like this:

1people who love to be in charge

2Second, church bullies almost always like feeling important and knowledgeable

3many church bullies are very insecure In real life, their marriage is in a shambles, they’re having an affair, addicted to pornography, stealing from their employer and so on.

4Fourth, occasionally we encounter church bullies who are actually mean, evil people, pretending to be otherwise because they’ve found a place (church) where they can get away with their need to bully other people.

Frank Turek is an American Christian author, public speaker and radio host. He is the author of two books (Correct, Not Politically Correct and Stealing from God) and co-author of two more with Norman Geisler (I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist and Legislating Morality).[1][2] He hosts a call-in talk show called CrossExamined on American Family Radio. His television show, I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist, airs on the NRB Network.[3]

Views[edit]

In the book I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist, Turek discusses how we demand truth from doctors, stock brokers, loved ones, etc., and yet we do not typically demand truth when it comes to morality or religion. He argues that truth is based in correspondence to an absolute reality, and is therefore not subjective. It therefore follows that religious truth is also objective, and that to state that there is no truth or that truth is subjective is self-refuting.[8]

After arguing for the objectivity of truth, Turek then argues for the objectivity of knowledge. He asks those who argue that one cannot know anything for sure if they can know that for sure. If they can, then the statement is self-defeating. If they cannot, then it calls the legitimacy of that position into question. Turek concludes by saying that people cannot be skeptics about everything, because then they would have to doubt skepticism. However, the more they doubt skepticism, the more sure they become.[9]

He argues that the existence of God implies the existence of miracles. He uses the illustration of a box as a metaphor for the universe. Turek argues that the universe is open and that God, being the creator of the universe, can reach into the universe and perform what one might call miracles.[10]

You're an Athiest, Now What?

You're an Athiest, Now What?

Quoting From Their Holy Book

2) You’re Going to Burn in Hell

3) You Can’t Prove God Doesn’t Exist

4) Everything is Subjective So Nothing You Say Matters This one usually comes up in discussions on morality. Just because someone says morality is subjective does not mean everything else is. Sometimes it comes up when someone acknowledges perspective plays a role in how observations may be interpreted. But that doesn’t mean everything is subjective either. Flailing straw men around doesn’t help an argument. It just looks like you’re throwing a fit.

5) I’m Not Religious. I Have a Personal Relationship With God

6) Who Created the Universe, the Earth and the First People?

7) Why Are There Still Monkeys?

8) I’ll Pray For You

9) You Can See God in Everything

Europeans thought they saw God in everything back in the 14th century. When the bubonic plague broke out, they figured God must be pretty pissed off so they went and started the Inquisition. Theists tend to talk about fluffier things when saying this though, like bunnies and flowers. Atheists see beauty in the world too, but we don’t need to attribute that to a god.

10) You Can’t See Air, But You Know It’s There, Just Like God

Believe it or not This one is actually taught in Islamic elementary schools. Sorry kids, but when you grow up and you’re still using the same arguments from elementary, that means you haven’t progressed any. We can detect and measure air. We can detect and measure the contents of air.

http://www.atheistrepublic.com/blog/lee-m/ten-stupid-things-theists-say

Is Atheism a LACK of Belief in God or a BELIEF that there is no God?

Romans 1:20-23 says the following pertaining to atheism and the atheists suppression of belief in God: For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man — and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
Therefore atheists not only suppress the existence of God in their lives but through the theory of evolution they have replaced God with the worship of animals and worship of themselves. The theories of evolution is what has become the atheist’s religion.
Therefore atheism cannot be defined as a LACK of belief because the atheist simply CHOOSES to SUPPRESS his belief in God.
Atheism is a CHOICE. It is a belief system.

If God Exists Would You Become A Christian?

How Do You Determine What’s Right & What’s Wrong?

How Do You Deal With Guilt & Sin in Your Life?

Do You Act According To What You Believe or According To What You Lack In Belief?

Can You Prove HOW the Universe Was Created?

Can You Prove That God Does Not Exist?

You might live in the bible belt if…

If there is a church for every 4 people and 2 in the mall

if your local public high school invites an area church to hold a mandatory evangelistic meeting on campus in the middle of the school day

If, when you move to a new area, the first thing they ask you is “where do you work?” The second question, without fail is: “where do you go to church?”

If they play only Christian music at your doctor’s office.

Refuting John Lennox, God DOES Exist

https://youtu.be/otrqzITuSqE

Professor John Lennox begins by declaring himself as a believer in God. He says he's not ashamed of being both a scientist and a Christian but is tired of the constant choice being put forth to chose either God or Science.  The motivating force behind science is that the universe and the human mind ultimately stem from the same intelligent divine mind.  He goes on to say that science can find answers to almost everything in the universe apart from why it was made; only god can reveal that piece of information to us. The proof for the existence of god comes in the form of Jesus Christ, God in human form. Therefore god isn't a theory he's a person. It has been established for 189 years, aiming to promote debate and discussion not just in Oxford University, but across the globe.
