Business has become more of a routine than an evolving reality. This has created more failed businesses than successful ones. Thinking about the rate of social changes in relation to technology, taste, location etc. entrepreneurs has found it more challenging to keep up. However business is not about the work rather the system. It should be designed for self sustainability. My goal is simply to create sustainability in businesses and creating values that has the capacity to grow, expand and remain innovative to meet the need of any generation.

Most Executives will say “I have the capacity to hire the best man for the job and I allow them carry out their activity”. It is one thing to hire a man for the job and another thing to have a working sustainable team that can replicate your business and it’s model. It is not enough to hire the right employee rather ensuring the employee is capable of being duplicated through team working. A team is not about your ability to set up rather the ability to manage and sustain. Team is not a set of people, it is a system.

Most businesses that struggle to maintain relevance often lack the concept of community. You cannot separate community from business sustainability. There has to be the community that have the sense of ownership in your business. Business is not about the “how do I grow this business” rather it’s “how do we grow this business”. You business cannot outlive you without the people to tell the story. If people must tell the story, they must be in a community and if they have to tell it, they own must own it.

Dealing With Sole Proprietorship Syndrome
The concept of sole proprietorship has made a large number of businesses fail. How is it possible that you make yourself everything and still want maximum output? You should be aware that business is people not individual. This is not about clients but about system.
