Born a natural mystic, the life of the soul has always held my full attention. I know it as the home of all truth and the soil from which our holy lives emerges, and it is this realm into which we will journey in these windows of time together. Through story, song, reflection, and curious inquiry we will be exploring the depths of the human experience. The cultivation of consciousness, the deepening of wisdom, and the full embodiment of soul is our intention in these sojourns.
Dive in. Together we will explore the Art of Soulful Living.
Greetings, beloveds... I'm back! I think it's been about a year since I made an episode, and it's been a wild ride. So much beauty and so much difficulty. In this episode I explore reconciling with being alive in this world at this time as a Highly Sensitive Person, my own practice of Imaginal Somatic Alchemy, and how Beauty Feeds the Soul.
It's unscripted and off the cuff, as I am just glad to be back in the broadcasting seat and letting the inspiration flow through. I pray that there is something of nourishment and that this is a beauty that feeds your soul.
Connect with me through my new site where you can learn about my new mentoring and healing arts practice, Soul Power Mentoring. It's been a long time coming to bring this work to life and I am ecstatic to share about it with you. I'm also so glad to be back with you here on the podcast!
As always, please rate, subscribe and share the podcast if you'd like to hear more magical musings and wisdom teachings. I'm creating for you, so support me so that I can continue to do that beautifully!
Big hugs and love to you all.
Are you feeling the depth of the pressure? Are you feeling the magnitude of the invitation of the moment? If you are feeling it and wondering how to walk through this with grace, this episode is for you.
These are the hardest times most of us alive today are going to face, and they are asking everything from us. We have entered into the territory of initiation and we are not going to come out of it until we go all the way through it and either become the greater beauty that is beckoning us forth from within us and within the center of creation, or our endeavor as a species fails and we go fallow while evolution takes its time to envision and birth something new.
Yes, I do believe that.
So how do we do this? How do we walk through this time in a way that leads us towards that greater beauty and actually initiates us? Two critical tools I have identified are beauty and joy. "Beauty Feeds the Soul" is a central principle in my own life, and as we have entered into the dark night of a soul as a species, we need that nourishment more than ever. How can you bring more beauty to life in the moments of your days? Joy is essential to being able to maintain our presence and sustain the depth of intensity that this time demands of us. How do we bring more joy to life inside of ourselves regardless of our circumstances?
These are the questions explored in this episode. Dive in and let's rock this.

Grief. It is a part of life. We know of its presence, but do we know how to be with it? How to dance with it? How to engage with it in a life-affirming and creative way? Living in a society that insists upon the facade of breezy "normalcy" grief is often perceived with disdain or discomfort and rushed towards resolution into a "nicer" emotional state, but that robs us of it's incredible bounty of gifts and retards our development as true human beings.
In this very vulnerable episode I speak from the place of deep grief within myself, encouraging us to open to the uncomfortable companionship of grief so as to avail ourselves of its incredible medicine and as a way to move more deeply into the territory of soul.

We live in a world of communication: as humans one of our primary modes of connection is the medium of conversation, which is a dance of giving and receiving, the receiving being based in the art of listening. Listening is something that we don't think much about, because for the most part people assume that they do it. I don't agree. I think listening happens very rarely and if we were to truly listen to each other, to life, and to the world around us, we would enter into a new realm of relating and experiencing life in the world.
So how does listening happen? What is it made of? How is it undone?
In this journey we will explore a few key concepts including "The Volley of 'I.s'", "Riffing on Keywords", and "The Space of the Conversation," among other things. We will explore some simple principles for deepening into listening and how that can vastly improve the quality of your conversations, your relationships, and your life.

In magical work, the imagination (i-magi-nation) is our central tool for envisioning the possibilities that our practices are meant to bring to life. Not only that, but it is a realm of deep mystery and power woven into our soul, a way to talk with the creative powers of existence as a collaborator in the experience of Being. Because of these things, I know that protecting the imagination is of the utmost importance, especially now when we are in the transition between worlds and the outcome of this transition is uncertain and being made by our daily doings.
Join me in an exploration of the importance and practice of protecting the imagination.

Here we are!
We have arrived to the moment of transformation that so many of us have known was coming for so long. The possibility of a more beautiful world for all Life is immanent, and wether that possibility takes root and flourishes rests in large part in how we show up.
Let's talk about embodying our power. Let's talk about curiosity, humility, and clarity of intent. Let's talk about really showing up for it all. Let's dive in and get this thing done.

Time will unveil how this dance
Carves the story of the soul
At its leisure.
What are we becoming?
The epic that begins with one word
Becoming a stanza
Becoming a sentence
Full of breath and imagination
Becoming finally a myth
In the body of the world
This is the magical weaving
of Destiny and Time
When tears and the creases of joy
have sculpted the verses in the poem
of a Being
Into a legacy of beauty
That will bathe all that come along
In times steady unfolding
Then and only then
Will the full glory of the offering
A vast sea in which to immerse
In the poetry Of Life.
This is a strange world, and this is one of the strangest times that many of us have experienced so far. In this moment it can feel hard, impossible even, to access a sense of possibility in regards to the dream that we hold for a more beautiful world for all Life and Beings. But I believe this is a moment in which the dream can be most richly forged, and the roots of it made strong in inhospitable soil, giving it extraordinary fortitude, longevity and potency.
I believe that the dreamer and visionary within us is a living element Life's very own dream to arrange itself into a greater order of beauty, and that our lives are our opportunity to participate in and contribute to the furtherance of that dream for the benefit of all to whatever degree we are inspired and able to do so.
This is the view that gives me ground and renews my faith when it seems that there's no way to the beauty that I know in my bones is ready to be born. This and broadening my awareness out into the scope of time and realizing that it's true: I am my ancestors wildest dream. And I can dream wildly for my descendants and then use my life to make the way for that wild dream to come true for them.
Join me, and let us together explore the territory of Holding the Dream of What's Possible for the World.

At the heart of the coronavirus pandemic shutdown of society is an initiatory possibility. This could be a moment where everything changes for the better if we go all the way down to the bottom of our beings and harvest the wisdom awaiting our attention there. But though a moment may have initiatory possibility written into it, initiation is not assured: wether or not we are initiated has everything to do with how we relate to the opportunity, how we navigate the moment.
Let's go there. Let's go all the way down and through the gates, surrendering a piece of false regalia at each one so that we can come into deep communion with the Truth of our Being, claim our true regalia as we walk back through the gates, and emerge as embodied wisdom ready to co-create a life-giving and beautiful world in which all can thrive and flourish.
Includes the song Wild Joy, the first single from my upcoming album Fertile Darkness, which is a feast in song of the fruits of my own initiation. Pre-order your copy of Fertile Darkness here to receive Wild Joy as a pre-release gift (album drops May 6th):
Today is "Earth Day". In this time of the pandemic, when society has finally come to a halt long enough for us to look around and take a breath, let's reflect on the world that we want to create as we move forward into the new instead of defaulting back to the status quo that is so painful, destructive, and empty in so many ways. Let's name our true feelings and difficulties with society so that we can liberate the full spectrum of our love and thereby imagine a greater collective experience for ourselves, one in which all life benefits, not just the .001% at the expense of absolutely everything else.
And above all things, let's get closer to Earth and LISTEN for what she is feeling, wanting, and needing as we move forward. Let's listen for our part of the story and when it becomes clear lets embody that station as our gift to life.
Here we are in the midst of the most powerful disruption to our collective reality that most of us have ever seen. While the internet explodes with activity transferred out of the public arena to the digital realms, a great opportunity is waving a quiet flag, wondering if we will notice that there is an incredible opening in the field of collective reality that can be worked with on a magical level to support the flourishing of a more beautiful world for all beings.
In this episode I present a very bare bones introduction to the practice of meditation. Meditation is one of the most powerful tools we have for integrating the whole of our being into activated brilliance and peaceful humanity. In this strange...

Forgiveness is an incredibly important thing in our lives, but what is it, really? Where does it come from? How does it work? How does it happen? These questions will spur us on in our exploratory voyage through the territory of forgiveness.
In this episode we will explore the topic of conflict and the many opportunities for growth and energetic refinement inherent in any conflict. We will also touch on the subject of "predictable consequences", a way of framing experiences that I have found helpful in managing the charge I can get around something that, when I explore it a little more deeply, I could have seen coming.
