Today's episode is with Miss Kim Huynh and she talks about what it was like for her to go to regular school and a Vietnamese language school at the same time.  She shares the struggle of learning two different grammar structures while growing up. Kim talks about what it means to be a social justice warrior to her and how she can stand up for others.  On her free time she enjoys powerlifting and talks about how her Asian parents were against it and how she continues to do what makes her happy.

Today's guest is the amazing Vy Vo! Vy is Vietnamese and shares what it was like immigrating to the United States at the age of nine.  She tells a touching story of her grandmother helping her uncle come to the US while Vietnam was dealing with war. Her uncle then helps bring the family over for a batter life in the United States, but through a child's eyes, was it a better life? Vy explains the importance of language and how she's gotten to where she is now through hard work and extra study time.

Today's guest is Dr. Francis Kong.  Francis is Chinese-American and speaks about the hardships he faced as a child.  After he was bullied during his youth, he chose to become a mentor to others, specifically for Asian American individuals. During his time in Ireland, finishing up medical school, he had a near-death experience that changed his outlook on life forever. Today, he works closely with Miss Asian Global (a beauty pageant), IMAGINE Talks, and Edge Interns. 

Today's guest is Olivia Wong. Olivia share's a story from her youth describing a form of Identity dysmorphia.  She goes on to share how she over came this as an adult, and wants to provide mentorship to younger individuals from any background.  Olivia also talks about the goals she wants to accomplish as Miss Asian Global 2020. Here's a hint, she's an amazing humanitarian and truly wants to help the homeless population.

Today's guest is Lan Ho. Lan is Vietnamese and believes in being her own champion.  She talks about different pressures her family put on her to go into Pharmacy school, and how she broke away from the cycle to achieve her own goals
