My Journey with Anxiety: 6 Ways I Cope With Anxiety
It has been a scary, rocky road figuring out and then healing from the most horrific anxiety attacks I've had a few years back. It took me time, knowledge and a lot of self work to go from 2-3 panic attacks a month to hardly any in 10 months. This is the first time I've ever opened up about my journey with anxiety and how I coped with it.

How to Overcome the Fear of Failure
The fear we have of failure can often eclipse the motivation to succeed. The insecurity about doing things incorrectly causes many people to subconsciously sabotage their own chances for success.
Fear is part of human nature and feeling the fear of failure inevitable. As an entrepreneur, I faced this same fear many times. My emotions and identity became intertwined with my work, and when things didn’t go as planned, I broke down. Fortunately, I overcame this unhealthy relationship with fear a couple years ago, and I believe that you can, too. Setting Boundaries is a Courageous Act of Self Love
