Our journey began in 2007 where the three of us; Vik, Sami and Moodee, first crossed paths whilst studying at Brunel University. Little did we know back then that one day we would be where we are now, sharing our journey and reaching as many people as possible to help them implement Gratitude into their lifestyles.

By applying Gratitude we live lives of happiness, contentment and abundance, which is why we are so passionate about spreading our knowledge.

We are here to inspire, motivate and teach you that although life can be cruel or hard, each day provides you with infinite reasons to be grateful.

Everyone has a write to be happy, and we want to help shift your mindset in the right direction. You are the master of your circumstances. By seeing the world through the eyes of Gratitude, you will start seeing opportunities around you open up instead of difficulties holding you back.

We believe that life is a gift and everyone has the power to manifest a life full of abundance, and experience a world full of blessings.

E61: Ryan Haddon: Rock Bottom, What's Next? How to Heal & Thrive After Hitting Rock Bottom

E61: Ryan Haddon: Rock Bottom, What's Next? How to Heal & Thrive After Hitting Rock Bottom

Ryan Haddon is a certified Life and Spiritual coach, Hypnotherapist, and certified Meditation teacher with over 16 years of experience with clients around the world. A sought-after public speaker for corporate retreats and wellness events, Ryan does private workshops such as “Stepping Into Your Purpose,” “The Work/Life Balance,” and “Finding Your Center.” She’s also the in-house Life Coach at Kourtney Kardashian’s website Poosh, where she writes mind/body/spirit articles.

The daughter of an international supermodel and actress, Ryan had a wonderfully unique life growing up in Toronto, New York, and Paris. She fell in love with meditation and spirituality as a teen, which led her to travel to India where she finished high school. After graduating from Boston University with a degree in journalism, she worked for The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour and Good Morning America, as an on-air personality for Extra! and Court TV, and modeled for L’Oreal before transitioning into story development at a film production company.

While living in Hollywood, Ryan realized she wasn’t living the life she wanted and was searching for happiness in all the wrong places. On her path of healing, she sought out mentors, healers, spiritualists, and a tribe of people to grow and learn alongside. This journey eventually led Ryan to work with other women, helping them heal from toxic relationships, drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, codependence, low self-esteem, and many other issues. In so doing, she discovered a passion for helping others, which solidified her commitment to growing and changing.

Ryan was certified as a Life Coach by the International Coaching Federation, the only governing body for coaches. She was also certified as a Meditation Teacher through 200 Hour Teacher Training, and a Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. As a hypnotherapist, Ryan helps clients affect lasting change by working with the all-powerful subconscious mind (which runs 95% of our lives). By uncovering blocks, limiting beliefs and re-aligning the mind, body, and spirit, Ryan helps clients find their center. From that place of true power, her clients create the life they want to be living with abundance, love, and purpose.

Ryan has shared her expertise and life-changing approach to spiritual mentoring, life coaching, and hypnotherapy to satisfied clients internationally. In addition to working with her clients, Ryan enjoys making jewelry like malas and necklaces. She lives on a restored historic farmhouse in Pennsylvania—originally built in 1711—with her husband and four children, where they’re working on a fully self-sufficient garden. Ryan currently hosts free, live hypnosis sessions every Sunday from 12:00—12:30 PM EST via Zoom. More info on these sessions is available at RyanHaddon.com.

E57: Mary Hollis Huddleston: How Embracing A Crisis Can Strengthen Your Life & Business

E57: Mary Hollis Huddleston: How Embracing A Crisis Can Strengthen Your Life & Business

Southern hospitality. Tradition with a twist. And a bit of sarcasm. That’s what you’ll find here with Mary Hollis Huddleston, on Mrs. Southern Social. She is a Nashville native who loves entertaining at home, but believes in the power of “delegation.” She started in the event-planning business in Dallas right after graduating college. One marriage, one baby, and eight years later, she “retired” from wedding planning, and moved back to Nashville to settle-down for good. Along with her husband, Mary started Please Be Seated, the largest luxury event rental company in Nashville.

“So if you have a day job, why Mrs. Southern Social?” To that Mary says, “Well, I’m a working Southern woman who loves welcoming people into my home and throwing dinner parties, but I don’t have the time nor energy to spend hours on Pinterest, cooking or decorating myself. Thankfully, times have changed, and we no longer have to rely on just ourselves to make things happen. In fact, it’s so much easier if we don’t. From iced cookies, invitations, catering to flowers, I’ll share ideas, inspiration and contacts that will hopefully make your life a bit easier one cocktail party at a time.”

“Southern charm without lifting an arm,” is her motto. Now friends, let’s celebrate…

In this episode, Mary speaks to:

- How learning tools to handle small crises can prepare you for an unexpected big crisis

- The silver linings for your business that can come out of trying times

- How self-care doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective

E55: Bobby Hoyt: How to Build and Scale Multiple Businesses

Inspired by a mentor to reach for more after starting MillennialMoneyMan.com and paying off his loans, Bobby Hoyt began a pursuit of all things personal finance. “My basic philosophy at M$M is simple: I’m going to teach you how to make more money, save more, and pay off debt… and make sure you have fun while you do it.” Through his work on Millennial Money Man, he hopes to help change the face of personal finance in Gen Y by challenging his readers to slay their debt, increase their income, and plan for their future. Since quitting his band director job after earning $3 in ad revenues (a tactic he doesn’t recommend to students of his blogging courses) he has grown his blog to reach over 2 million readers each year. He’s a regular personal finance columnist for the American Psychological Association, and has made appearances on major media outlets such as Forbes, CNBC, and MarketWatch. A firm believer in the importance of the side hustle (and an educator who values sharing his knowledge), he partnered with Mike Yanda to teach through multiple courses at Laptop Empires. Bobby lives in the Houston, Texas area with his wife Coral, their wonderfully strange dog Strider, and can usually be found on the golf course, or boating on some body of water when they aren’t traveling.

In this episode, Bobby speaks to:

- What led to a major leap of faith and career change

- How to build the your business so you can live a life you love

- The importance of building a team to help you manage your business (or businesses)

E51: Dr. Kelly Goldsmith: How Uncertainty Impacts Your Decision Making

Professor Kelly Goldsmith is a behavioral scientist whose research examines consumers’ psychological and behavioral responses to uncertainty. Her research is highly interdisciplinary in nature, drawing upon theories and methods from a variety of areas, including anthropology, cognitive and social psychology, economics, evolutionary biology and marketing. As part of her research, she conducts controlled experiments in typical consumer contexts, which allows her to ground her theories in relevant marketplace phenomena. Because her research bridges theory and practice, it contributes not only to more nuanced theories of consumer decision making, but also to new techniques for marketers, firms and policy makers. Professor Goldsmith’s work has appeared in several top marketing and psychology journals. She also serves on the editorial review boards for the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Consumer Research, and the Journal of Consumer Psychology.

Danielle LaPorte is a member of Oprah’s Super Soul 100, a group who, in Oprah Winfrey’s words, “is uniquely connecting the world together with a spiritual energy that matters.” She is the creator of The Desire Map series, “A heart centered approach to finding your true power”. The book has been translated into ten languages, a day planner system, a multimedia course, a Top 10 iTunes app, and work shop and coaching programs with leaders in 15+ countries. She’s also the author of White Hot Truth: Clarity for keeping it real on your spiritual path, and The Fire Starter Sessions: A guide to creating success on your own terms, which also spun off into a coaching curriculum. She was a bartender, an apartment manager, a nanny, and eventually… she ran her own publicity agency, and a future-studies think tank studying trends for the likes of the Pentagon and the World Bank. Now, she writes poetry and speaks about conscious living. She’s also a mother to a teenage son. Named one of the “Top 100 Websites for Women” by Forbes, over 5 million people a month visit DanielleLaPorte.com for her regular #Truthbombs and poetry, and what’s been called “the best place online for kickass spirituality.” Marianne Williamson refers to Danielle “as a bright light in the modern priestesshood.” Eve Ensler calls her “a force field of energy, wonder, humour, and love.” Danielle’s charities of choice are VDay: a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls; and charity: water, setting out to bring safe drinking water to everyone in the world. She lives in Vancouver, Canada. You can find her on Instagram @daniellelaporte.

In this episode, Danielle speaks to:
