In this episode, Trevor gets away from our regularly scheduled updates and dives right into a very sensitive subject for himself. In reference, to some recent events that happened we felt it was time we went in depth on our view point and some tips on how to identify certain traits people may show when contemplating suicide or going through a significant emotional event. 

In this episode I get into some personal stories of helping others, some times others have helped me, and how we can impact others without realizing it. This all stems from 2 separate events that occurred the day prior to episode release. Question of the week this week no real need for anything else. This was taken in #onetake and not edited.
