The Calm Collective

The Calm Collective

By Cassandra Eldridge
The Calm Collective was created as a place to share vulnerable experiences within being human by mindfulness advocate, Cassandra Eldridge. She fearlessly explores subjects such as relationships, coping with grief, living a life of flow through simplicity, and embracing a deep sense of self awareness.

Each week, Cassandra opens up about her own challenges and triumphs within creating her best life through trusting her intuition. She reminds us through her vulnerability that we’re never alone in this journey; the ability to create a life we love is within us.

Ep. 68 - Owning Your Pieces & Releasing Yourself From Shame
In this 2 part episode (one very mini episode followed by a 10 minute episode!), I share a very personal story that's held me back for decades. Through a lot of self work, self love and radical self acceptance, I've started owning my truth and embracing what is, and I hope that this message and my own personal experience gives you the inspiration and the freedom to do the same.  // The Website Instagram The Declutter Method Course

Ep. 67 - Danielle Shugg (@themindfulblonde) on Radical Self Acceptance and Releasing Control
I am truly honored to have Danielle Shugg on the podcast today. You probably know her from her incredibly well known instagram handle @themindfulblonde. I've been following along with Danielle for a long time now, and am always so blown away by her ability to just float through life will remaining so tapped in, so present, so steadfast in her practice. No one is perfect, and this conversation is a beautiful look into Danielle's life as she's currently in her third trimester of pregnancy, surrendering to a slower paced life, and of course - still making her green juice that she's known so well for every single day ;)  Follow Along with Danielle:  www.themindfulblonde.com @themindfulblonde on Instagram // Follow Along with Cassandra: The Website Instagram The Declutter Method Course

Ep. 61 - A Candid Catch Up and Combating the Fear & Lack Mentality: Soul Sister Sessions with Kate Hart
In this free-flowing episode with my soul sister Kate Hart, our intention was to focus on high vibe living in the midst of this global pandemic. While we touch on that for a little (more to come in a future episode!) it organically took on a life of its own, and we landed on the subject of fear and lack mentality, and how Kate and myself are working to release this mindset, especially with all of the energetics surrounding our current state. Ep. 59 - Trusting the Reroute, Co-Creating with Nature and Staying Forever Curious with Caitlin Smith
In this episode with the beautiful and radiant Caitlin Smith, of Caitlin Curiosity, we're lucky enough to hear first hand the incredible trust that she cultivated within herself to listen to her calling to move into nature, which led her to pack up her car and move to a cabin in a state she's never been, in a town of just 200 people. This is where Caitlin's soul-work was born (that she so beautifully shares with all of us - links below!), and as she says, she co-creates alongside nature. She also sheds light on her new, loving relationship and how she's showing up as her true authentic self, her own personally journey within self discovery and so much more.  We also have a surprise for you at the end of this episode - you won't want to miss it. Ep. 58 - Cracking Wide Open During Isolation & Embracing Full-On Self Acceptance
This episode wasn't planned. In fact, it stemmed from laying in bed, reading a book, and getting an intense download to go to my computer, sit down with my mic, and crack wide open about all that this time in isolation has been teaching me. Spoiler alert: the answer is, SO MUCH. From no longer carrying unnecessary weight, tapping in to what's authentically true for ME, the deep desire to create and integrate and to no longer try and fit into this false ideal of what it "should look like" to exist in this world. This felt so insanely healing to record, and I hope it's just as healing to hear this message. x The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo The Calm Collective Elsewhere: The Declutter Method Course Join The Newsletter The Blog (new site launching soon!) In this episode I'm sitting down with Lucy Green, the founder and creative genius behind Homebody Club - which is a membership based website that was created to encourage self reflection and inspired action, all while creating a sacred space for women to come together and be fully seen.. just as they are. This conversation, to be honest, took on a world of its own. While I knew the subjects that I wanted to cover with Lucy prior to having her on the show, I felt such a deep connection to her that it organically flowed into this beautiful back and forth where we both shared our own insecurities, passions, and hopes for society as a whole.  What a gift to be able to share her with you. Ep. 56 - Dismantling the Stigma of Being Single with Shani Silver
Shani Silver is a freelance writer and podcast host of A Single Serving using her voice to dismantle the stigma of being a single woman as "wrong". I've admired her outlook on life and the work she's putting out into the world for quite a while now, and think it's extremely important for conversations like this to be had. In today's episode, together we channel our frustrations within society's expectations OF women (especially women of a certain age), while alternatively sharing how we, personally, are each choosing to live our lives in spite of what's "expected of us". We also touch on things such as aging, the dating world and Shani's refreshing approach (hint: it has nothing to do with swiping) You can find more of Shani below. Ep. 40 - Living Intentionally: Make More By Working Less with Business Coach Cailen Asher
In today's episode, we’re diving into business a little bit! Now before you decide to skip out - no doubt assuming  that I’m going to bore you with entrepenauoral tips, please give it a fighting chance - because the woman is gold.  Cailen Ascher is a sought after mindset business coach who has a magical power that she so graciously shares with the rest of the world: she only works 3 days a week, sticks to her boundaries, and is making more money than she ever has in her career. 3 days a week means she gets to spend 4 days a week devoted to her family, her friends, her passions.   4 days a week to rest her mind, and work intentionally when those 3 days arise.  4 days a week to live.  Now even coming from someone who loves both of her jobs (talking about me here.. this podcast and the blog, and my photography business),  I know Cailen feels the same about her job, it doesn’t define me. The people I love and how I spend my free time — those are the golden nuggets. Those are the things we’re going to reflect on when we’re 90 years old and replaying the tapes of our lives.  We were not born to work, we were born to live. And that is such an important distinction.  I know the thought of working 3 days a week to most of you probably feels.. ridiculous, maybe even a little lazy (I’ve been called this many a time when operating under the 3 day work week method) — but I can guarantee you that the work I’m doing, the work that Cailen is doing during those 3 days? It’s intentional. It’s impactful. It’s on purpose. It’s not “busy work” — it’s intention work.  I encourage each and every one of you, even those of you who work a 9-5 corporate job to tune in to this episode with Cailen. It’s enlightening, refreshing, and inspiring to say the least. Even if you don’t end up giving the 3 day work week a try, there is no doubt in my mind that you’ll walk away with some bits of inspiration.  Show Notes: Cailen Ascher 3DWW Podcast Six Figures Made Simple Mastermind Success Made Simple Academy Follow Cailen on Instagram ••••••••••••• The Calm Collective Blog Free 7 Day Declutter Challenge Monday Mindfulness Newsletter Follow along on Instagram
