02. How to identify your Ideal Client Avatar [ICA]
Do you feel overwhelmed trying to pinpoint who you want to serve and how you will serve them? You are not alone! When I first started out coaching I was so eager to dive in. So, as you can imagine when I was receiving referrals for corporate leaders looking to hire a coach, I was saying yes to anyone.  It ended up back firing, because it became hard serving all types of people with different frustrations and challenges, different circumstances happening in their personal and professional life, having a different life style and experiences based on their age, etc.  My ICA [Ideal Client Avatar] Taylor (who you’ll get to meet in today’s podcast episode) allowed me to get laser focused and stand true to:  -      Serving women who are married  -      Women in their 30s -50s -      Women who are busy moms  -      Women who are working in corporate (making 6+ figures a year)  It became easier for me to say “no” to potential clients that didn’t fit that profile and “yes” to clients that did.  As a result, I was able to master my coaching system and become more proficient in how I served my ICA because I wasn’t having to switch my coaching style to serve different types of clients and truly focus on ONE specific type of client.  In Todays’ Podcast you will learn: How to create your ideal client avatar in just four steps!  Are you ready to learn “How to Identify your Ideal Client [ICA]? 01. Five best practices to gain more alignment juggling a corporate job while building a side business and raising a family.
Do you wonder how other “Women” find the time to do it all? If you are nodding your head yes, I believe you (just like me) have one person we admire that seems to find the time to do it all!  It could be that the one person we have never personally met but found them on social media. And I’m not referring to Khloe or Kim Kardashian or someone else famous. I’m referring to one person you started following on Instagram.  The one account you follow where “she” seems to have it ALL together. “She” is able to fit it all in.  Now, you can’t stop checking in on her life, You can’t stop comparing your life to hers, and  Wondering “how does she find the time?”  If this is resonating with you – you are going to enjoy episode #1: The 5 best practices to gain more alignment juggling a corporate job while building a side business and raising a family.  I believe mindset is our biggest obstacle in our efforts to gain more alignment in our lives, may very well be our mindset and nothing to do with not TIME.  I can relate to this first hand. I’m juggling a full-time corporate job that requires 60% travel, I’m running a coaching business on the side, I’m newlywed and a new mom. Limiting beliefs around time flood my mind every day, at any minute throughout the day. For every step I make in the right direction (in my business or personal life) I start to doubt myself and question am I spending my time in the right areas. During today’s episode I’ll share my recommendations on how you can implement each best practice into your daily routine and how you gain more alignment when faced with the struggle “where do I find the time.”  Are you ready to gain more alignment in your personal and professional life? Listen in right here.  Are you subscribed to my podcast? If you’re not, I want to encourage you to do that today.
