As the Founder, and a hands-on business owner, Jack shares some awesome insights across a wide range of ecommerce topics, from the importance of spending time on products, design and manufacturing, to maintaining consistent branding and messaging.

Jack also talks about the importance of responding to your markets, and adjusting your business and focus to the areas where there is the greatest interest and return on investment. Understanding customers is so important in ecommerce, and Jack is right there meeting the ongoing challenges of thinking up new ways to engage and re-engage with customers to optimise their life time value to a business.
