Episode # 5: FIVE WAYS TO ENSURE LONG-TERM PROFITABILITY AND SUCCESS
5 𝙒𝘼𝙔𝙎 𝙏𝙊 𝙀𝙉𝙎𝙐𝙍𝙀 𝙇𝙊𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙈 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙁𝙄𝙏𝘼𝘽𝙇𝙔 💥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Thanks to social media and the current technology we have a vast variety of ways to generate leads...here are just a few examples (if you would like more please ask and I will create an additional list) ⚡️ Direct engagement with leads on social media platforms (Engage in groups who need your services and those that also sell your services) ⚡️ Being a guest speaker on podcasts and on stage. I have been doing a lot of these speaking engagements and much more in the pipeline) ⚡️ Paid ads (Facebook, YouTube, IG, Google...) ⚡️ Create lead magnets which actually provide value and make them stand out. You can use Fiverr (https://bit.ly/2LkoUuq) to make your lead magnets visually appealing. Don't waste your time on this when you can sub out the process for $10-15 ⚡️ Create contests and giveaway...make it fun and engaging Emails, I personal use ConvertKit https://bit.ly/2XKPNtk Always ask your current clients for referrals...your customers are your walking business card 💥 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 - The sale is in the follow up...bottom line!!! People buy from us because they know, like and trust us. In order to achieve that status with anyone you must stay in front of them and be consistent with it. Believe it or not, but the way you follow up with someone and consistency in doing so will teach your potential client how you will take care of their account if they decided to work with you. You are basically teaching them ahead of time what it will be like to work with you. So be mindful 💥 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - This is where consistent sales and cash flow come from. Many neglect client relationships. Once they sign on the client, they get back to chasing the next sale. This will kill your company and your reputation as a CEO and an individual (I explained it in detail and its affects in the FB Live yesterday). It is kind of being invited to a party and then being ignored by your host...would you come back to their house again?...Neither would I! Nurture your current relationships with your clients. Make them feel like you care about their business as you care about your own and watch your company prosper 💥 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Deliver on what you promised. I cannot stress this one enough. At the end of the day, as a CEO and entrepreneur all that matters is whether your word means something or not. People either trust you or they don't. If you cannot fulfill on the product or service as promised, let your customers know. Do not wait for them to follow up with you but come to them first and renegotiate the due date. Integrity matters. Solid businesses are built on integrity 💥 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Business relationships are no different than personal. Think of you close friends. Why does the relationship last for years? Because you nurture it, pay attention to it, respect it and so on. Clients are no different. Episode # 4: COMPANY KILLERS
 Yes, there are such line items in your business which are considered company killers. Hard money lenders are definitely something to be aware of. Most of the businesses I had the privilege to help reorganize were in fact on the verge of closing their doors due to a hard money loan…or in most cases multiple loans. There is a way to navigate such circumstances and avoid potential catastrophic failure in your business.Making money is just the beginning…unless you know how to facilitate it properly and grow correctly there is little chance of ensuring longevity to your entity. I have heard many people say, “I cannot afford to outsource” my question to that is “can you afford not to outsource?”.  As a business owner is it extremely important to know what your time is worth. What is it costing you in potential income and opportunities lost? Just think about how much more money you can make if someone else handles the nagging daily tasks that may take you hours or even worse, days to completely but may only be 30 minutes for a professional. So next time you must do something that is equivalent of a rocket science project for you…ask yourself “can I afford not to outsource this task?"
