It’s that time of the year again when our favourite event in Orlando descends at Walt Disney World’s Epcot, the International Food & Wine Festival.

Whilst we’re not on the ground, we’ve been drooling away at the menus for this year’s festival, and in this episode, we’re diving into the new eats that we’d love to try.

As expected, there were too many menus for us to talk about, so this episode is the first of two parts. It’s also the first episode of a Food & Wine series that we’ll be chatting about throughout the coming months.

It’s been a hot minute since we sat down and recorded together and wow, does it feel good to be back!? At the time of this recording, Amelia was based in Los Angeles, meanwhile Gabriella was holding down the fort in the UK.

To say the least, syncing up times for a recording has been a bit of a nightmare! BUT, we’re making it work because we simply love speaking out into the pod-verse.

In this episode, Gabriella is interviewing Amelia on her recent (and very first) trip to Universal Studios Hollywood! It wasn’t quite the same without the rest of the family involved, but she had the most fun time – solo!

This week we’ve got another solo episode with Gabriella as she covers her experience of travelling to Walt Disney World in 2019 with a 9-month-old!

The experience isn’t one that we ever thought we’d do after the assumption that taking a little one to the World was the last thing you’d want to do.

But alas, as always, we found a way to make it work when a spontaneous decision to head to Orlando was made!

In this episode, Gabriella covers how to prepare for long-haul flights, navigating your itinerary and the absolute basics to know when travelling to Walt Disney World with a newborn.

Yes guys, we did an episode on our dream date in Walt Disney World. That said, if you’ve followed us from the start, you’ll know that fantasising about outings with our ~non-existant~ significant others is kind of something we tend to do.

In all seriousness, this was a really fun episode to record which had us take you through our ideal things to do, places to be, food to eat when heading on a date with someone special.

This isn’t specifically about first dates, anniversary dates, makeup dates (you know the ones), but instead, we are just keeping it to a casual date. Or not-so-casual, it depends how wild you think we’ve gone with our plans!

Have you ever walked past a cast member and thought, “dang, I’d love to do that”. In today’s episode, Gabbi and Papa Bux are chatting about the three jobs that they would love to have in the World!

As Millie has jetted off to Costa Rica, we thought we’d switch out her seat this week and invite Papa Bux into the mix to join in with today’s episode.

It’s been one year since we started The DUO Podcast and we can’t quite believe it. We decided to do this show as a way to help us get through the stress of the pandemic, by reminding ourselves that there were brighter days ahead.

Since then, we have had thousands of listens, built a lovely community on social media, and made some awesome friends out of it. Whether you’ve listened to us since the start, in the past 6 months, or even just the last two episodes, we couldn’t be more grateful that you have joined us for the ride and supported us along the way.

Here’s to open that next year’s anniversary will see us planning our next trip or discussing a recent one… Either way, the World is in our sight for as soon as possible!

In this episode, we are ranking each of our top five favourite things to experience in Orlando. These are our non-negotiables, our must-dos, our can’t-enjoy-Orlando-without-‘em essential moments.

Oh yeah, we made an episode about Disney Transportation, and we are PROOOUUDD of it! We’ve been visiting the World since 2004, and have watched the many magical forms of transportation evolve and expand over the years, and in this episode, we’re ranking our most loved to least loved ways to get around Walt Disney World.

In this conversation, we mention travelling by foot, bus, monorail, boat and Skyliner, and briefly touch on the option to travel by Minnievan, although we’ve not used this yet.

Ok so, the sun is out in the UK and that can only mean one thing – Disney daydreaming vibes are in full swing. At this time of year, we usually crank up the Epcot Master Mix (search for that on YouTube!) to set the mood and transport us to World Showcase whilst we work in the day, and help us to wind down in the evening.

It had us thinking and chatting about World Showcase with a focus on ranking the pavilions from our favourite to least favourite.

We based our decision on Entertainment, Attractions, Food & Drink, Shopping, and Cultural Aesthetics! Please note that we by no means believe that there is a pavilion that’s the “worst”, as a lot of our lower choices have been at the top at some point, and we fully expect our higher choices to change over time!

Relax? In Walt Disney World? Yes, it really is possible.

Here’s an episode to listen to when you need a lil kickback. We recorded this when we were feeling particularly frazzled with life and wanted to remember more peaceful times.

We can’t believe it’s been nearly a year since we launched this show after the world was hit with the pandemic. But you know what? This podcast is definitely one of the best things to come out of the year for us, so we stand grateful for it and for you, our lovely listeners, every day.

In this episode, we’re taking you through our plans for a 2021 trip to Orlando (yes, you read that right). We’ll be discussing how our trip will be different this time around, and sharing our hopes for the World in 2021.

It’s Christmastime and we have got an episode that’s not gonna keep you dwelling on the fact you’re not in Walt Disney World, but motivate you to find ways to bring this festive magic into your own home.

Ya know we love food and recreating our fave Disney dishes at home. So, in today’s episode, we’re talking about all the food we’re going to be cooking over Christmas, in the hopes we can somewhat match the deliciousness of WDW’s most iconic dishes.

To our friendly folks in the States, Happy Thanksgiving! Even though we aren’t American, our family loves to take advantage of a holiday that gives us an opportunity to sit in gratitude. So, we will be having our annual Buxton Thanksgiving feast to celebrate!
