This is Ohio: An Interview with Author Jack Shuler
Jack Shuler chairs the Narrative Journalism program at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. He is the author of multiple books, including his most recent work, This is Ohio: The Overdose Crisis and the Front Lines of a New America. In this episode, Jack talks about the power of storytelling to shift cultural narratives, why harm reduction is more than just a public health issue, and how addiction, believe it or not, can be seen as a logical response to the stressful conditions of western society.
