From my episode with Benoit Kim, Host of the Discover More Podcast

"This year, The Flex Coach was ranked the top #200 podcast in the world, right next to The Gary Vee Audio Experience. Arsh is also a natural-born entrepreneur, who has shown keen passion and talent in starting various business ventures since he was 13 years old.

With over 288 non-monetized episodes, Arsh is one of the few podcasters who continued to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to his listeners in the past 3 years, while most podcasts that started around the same time quit a year or two into the space.

Arsh and Benoit discuss human psychology in business, a fundamental characteristic of human nature, dealing with the grief of losing Arsh's father, and how to deal with regrets in life.

Expect to learn some of the best success stories from Arsh's podcast, why starting a big idea is easier than you think, human's innate urge to flex our lifestyle online, what makes a successful business, and more."

#292 - Billy Keels

#292 - Billy Keels

Before becoming a real estate entrepreneur, KeePon Cashflow’s founder Billy Keels worked in the corporate world. In fact, he was one of the best “corporate soldiers” you’d ever want to meet.

During his corporate career, Billy put his leadership and relationship-building skills to good use to help clients get to the root of issues that were holding them back from full success. Billy earned his stripes as a true problem-solver, a skill he carried into his new entrepreneurial life.

What made him popular with employers who sent him across the globe to meet with Fortune 500-level clients is the same thing that makes him popular with investors, buyers, and sellers in real estate today… his skills in coming up with real solutions that work in the real world for real people!

Billy says that he was happy enough in his J.O.B., but something was missing. An emptiness and longing for a different life chewed on him, pulling him to what he knew he wanted to do more than anything else. Billy wanted to be an entrepreneur who brought two worlds together. He wanted to give individuals where he lives the chance to invest in properties on U.S. soil.

So he took steps and kept on the path to his goals. KeePon Cashflow is the result of his efforts.

Today Billy is an international real estate entrepreneur, problem-solver, author, coach, and mentor. He sees opportunities where others often don’t in real estate.

No “overnight success,” Billy continues to work toward his vision and goals. Topmost on his list? Building a bridge between investors and buyers in Europe with sellers in the U.S.

#274 - CJ Finley

CJ Finley grew up with passions centered around sports, technology, and community, but traded them in during his early career for a “secure” and “stable” path as an Engineer. A few years into this way of life, constant struggles with his autoimmune disease and the sudden passing of several family members caused him to flip his outlook on life. He questioned his current way of living and dreamt of the impact he truly wanted to leave behind someday, and he knew that it would take a leap of faith and a path less traveled to get there. With the constant reminder that life is an opportunity and a gift -- and one that shouldn't be taken for granted--he left everything on the line to make a positive impact. Soon after leaving his career behind, he started THRIVEONLIFE as a way of inspiring others to do more with life than merely survive. Now his brand exists as a small business that partners with mission-driven founders and brands to help identify areas that are preventing the companies and their people from thriving. They work together to build sustainable systems, tech automation, and marketing channels for clients and partners. Outside of "work," CJ enjoys cultivating local communities, hosting events, and building connections with guests on his podcast. He strives to spread hope and optimism for a healthier future to anyone he comes across. CJ currently resides in Austin, Texas where he does his best to live life to its fullest and MAKE EVERY HEARTBEAT COUNT.

Topics Discussed:

1) The positive side of the Ego

2) Transitioning from the "Normal" path towards Entrepreneurship

3) Social media's influence on human behavior

4) The power of self-belief

5) Taking a leap of faith

6) Is there value in being authentic?

& More.
