This is a sequel to the first episode on depression, which by the way, has been the most played out of all the episodes in this podcast.
A lot of people struggle with depression in different degrees, and many don't even know it.
My intention is to bring awareness, healing, and encouragement. I know what it is to feel despondent with a deep sadness that apparently has no place or reason to be. I know hopelessness. I know failure. I know pain.
But I also know healing and love and joy. And I want you to know it too.
It is okay to be broken. It is okay to be sad. But do not let it become your identity because the real you, your soul, your inner most being is pure divine light, and love, and perfection. And our identities should not be tainted by the past, by unforgivness, and by our brokenness.

I strongly suggest you do not skip breakfast and especially that you get into a habit of consuming healthy fats and leafy greens early in the morning.
Here is what my morning shake has most mornings: avocado, spinach, kale, half a banana, pineapple, coconut water, and of course MCT oil.
Also, I distill my own water at home and store it only in glass containers. I strongly recommend that you consider distilling your own water.
