In the fall of 1791 The north Provence of Saint-Domingue exploded as a slave revolt burnt the plantation to the ground and killed many of the whites who had oppressed the slaves. intro/alto music by Tiffany Roman.
Saint Domingue had 5 major lucrative crops, 4 main groups profiting from the production of those crops, and 3 main provinces where those groups lived, and all of that was kind of important.
