October has arrived and let's be honest we have to be aware of what's coming and what happens during this Halloween season. You have to watch what people are speaking over you and around you. It's so easy to think some things are of no harm and sometimes we allow things in that don't belong. These things can cause some of the darkest seasons. Be careful how you use your gift of influence and be mindful of those who misuse theirs. Be on guard family. Today we share some tips on how you can continue to be vigilant. Are you practicing grace? If not it's time to learn exactly what this looks like. The truth is we need God's grace and help. We do not have it all together. It's so important to have grace. You want to always show more favor towards someone else then you might be getting shown yourself. A lot of times we like to do things because we've been promised something in return. What if we extend grace to a person because it's the right thing to do? He has grace for us! Unmerited favor! I believe that all our issues can be dealt with in prayer. Most of the time we react because we're hurt, but in actuality we should respond with grace and love. In the morning, as Jesus was returning to Jerusalem, he was hungry, and he noticed a fig tree beside the road. He went over to see if there were any figs, but there were only leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” And immediately the fig tree withered up. The disciples were amazed when they saw this and asked, “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”
