Finding Alignment by Defining Your Values
We hear all the time about corporate core values. Your company probably says something like Integrity, Honesty, Customer First! But do you have personal core values that you could articulate clearly? Join Brandon and Maddy as they explore her values and go from a general sense of who Maddy aspires to be to someone who has some clarity on her personal values and can now intentionally live in alignment with them.
Being out of alignment with your values stinks. It creates tension, icky feelings, anxiety, and on and on down the negative emotion sinkhole.
