I feel we have another opportunity for those of us wearing our masks - with our mouths covered, we actually have the opportunity to speak less, and it gives us time to think about what we may say… in other words to ensure we are being impeccable with our word.
As important as it is to keep our thoughts on what it is we’d like to manifest in our life - it’s equally important to quickly reject those thoughts that do not support us or the direction in which we’re headed.
Here's the truth about the Law of Attraction… it always works! it has to, it’s a Universal Law. I’ve reminded individuals if they claim it doesn’t work (this in fact is their belief) so by getting no results the Law of Attraction is working… it’s providing more proof, that in fact it does not work.
Just because you believe it is so..., does not mean it is. This is why in life, it’s always so important to think of what we do want. Stop looking at that fear, or that shadow, or that insecurity - what we focus on expands, focus on what it is you DO want in your life!
Like the magnifying glass, as we hold steady with this new thought, it will start to simmer in our life, it will start to feel real, and with time as you continue to hold steady, it will burst into existence and become a part of who you are - burning away the old, and brilliantly illuminating the new.
No ship was designed to be tied up... they are designed to be at sea, this is when they come to life! Likewise, as unique individualized expressions of the divine, we are not designed to be stagnant, are not designed to be bored, are not designed to be stifled.
If you had a garden, and planted radish seeds, at harvest you wouldn’t expect to pull up carrots… radish seeds, properly nourished, will produce radishes. We trust the process. Your thoughts are like these seeds - if you’re worried about lack and limitation today, expect to harvest more lack and limitation.
You and I as Law of Attraction practitioners understand that nothing changes, nothing can get better in life, until we think a new thought, And then we must raise our vibration - our emotional belief, in this new thought. As Law of Attraction practitioners, we understand that in order for us to manifest something new in life - we have to have a clear, unwavering picture and thought, plus emotion, behind this new desire. - - - If we don’t have a clear idea of what we want - we’ll continue to receive what we have.
At sea, each 20 to 30 minutes as we checked our position, we adjusted our course to get back on track. If we were not constantly checking our position, we’d never arrive at our predetermined destination. As Law of Attraction practitioners, we recognize that our thoughts are “cause” and our life is the effect, it is our thought that we must constantly be checking.
At night, while we sleep - we go into a natural receptive state, which we can use to better our life. We have the opportunity during the last 5 minutes of the evening to remember who we are, and what it is we’d like to manifest in life. In our mind we can again affirm and envision our perfect life. Know this truth about yourself right before you fall asleep, and you’ll be planting those seeds in some of the most fertile soil available.
We all have stories about ourselves which we carry with us through life - sometimes these stories support, but other times they hold us down, hold us back. These stories in our head, have essentially cemented a proclamation into our life.
I have an experiment for you, I wonder... how long can you hold your breath? Now I used to be a trumpet player, and I’m a runner - so I might be able to beat you! Let’s give it a test - ready… take a breath in, and begin!
Typically if you’re like me, in the past life has been so busy it’s hard to find time to sit and analyze, your life is largely on auto-pilot. Coronavirus has forced upon us, the opportunity and time to really re-evaluate life, and hopefully awaken to some new priorities.
Every day we have the opportunity to increase our faith! We increase our faith by quieting the mind, quieting the non-supportive thoughts running in our head - quit thinking about what you can’t do, quit thinking about the limitations you have put upon yourself, quit thinking you are not enough.

If we’re in fear, we’re focused on the future - we’re running stories in our head, and generally none of them are true. We need to annihilate this fear and we do that by intentionally thinking a better thought, thinking a higher thought!
On the pathway to improvement, we don’t keep our attention where we are..., but focus on where we’re going. If our thoughts daily are on “where we are," we’ll continue to attract more of “where we are” into our life.

With Coronavirus when the question becomes "to mask or not to mask?" I’m required to be a mask guy, and I’m ok with that. Someone on Facebook recently said who ever thought, the day would come, when I could walk into a bank with a mask on and demand some money!
We have the opportunity every day, to start our day in gratitude or fear, we have the opportunity to move through the day in uncertainty or faith. The choice you make each day will determine the life you will live.

I think in any of our most wild imaginations - experiencing something like the Coronavirus seemed more like a movie we’d see at the theatre, vs. something we’d be experiencing in real life... keep in mind - - - this is just a moment in chaos, and this too shall pass.
There is always possibility for tomorrow! History has shown us that with every adversity comes opportunity. As important as anything in this moment, is keeping your thoughts positive - keeping your focus, attention and emotion on KNOWING your perfect opportunity is available and unfolding this very moment, even as you search it out.
As we look at maintaining health in the age of Covid-19 or the Coronavirus, let’s be reminded that physical health is only one aspect of maintaining our health - We have mental health, emotional health, spiritual health and finally physical health.

During this period, the bees have 1 huge advantage over us - they don't have access to 24/7 news, and so they remain happy and busy, which is our natural state. Yet for many of us, we are in a state of fear, and worry and anxiety.

In dealing with negativity, there are no simple “one size fits all” solutions. Taking into effect the Law of Attraction, we realize that if we are focused on, or have an emotional charge behind this negative person, we’ll attract more negativity into our life.
The world as we know it has kind of been turned on its head… every day brings a barrage of news as we deal with trying to control, and ultimately eliminate the threat of the Coronavirus. It's hard to remain in a place of calm and knowing - we’re actually looking for relief - looking for a glimmer of hope - some positive news.
It’s interesting to see how different people are responding to the Coronavirus… - - - those that are glued to the news seem to be in the most fear, and those that have cut that distraction out of their life, seem to be living life as normal.
In life we have these opportunities to jump on board, either for something positive, moving life and us forward - or negative… keeping us stuck or actually losing ground. The problem is - It’s easy to jump on board to negativity.

Today, I feel like a small part of life died in me... we know that death is an obvious part of life - but it never feels good - it never feels right, especially when it happens so swiftly, and unexpectedly.
The single largest obstacle to unfolding / uncovering and living the life of our dreams… is fear. This fear in any area of your life, left unchecked - of course grows! This fearful thought and emotion - attracts similar, even larger thoughts and emotions.
I’m just wondering- - - is there an area of your life with worry or concern attached?… maybe an area where you realize you could let go of perfection; perfection in your life, or maybe you’re expecting perfection in someone else's life? This worry, this underlying... friction (can I call it?), this does have consequences.
It’s really quite a simple concept; “what we think about, we bring about.” So if we don’t like the present reality in some area of our life, we bring about change by thinking a new thought… remember we MUST focus on what it is we DO want!

I want you to give yourself a break… listen - forget about watching every single thought and instead, just try to catch 1 negative or non-supporting thought… that thought that triggers a negative emotion in your body.

Somebody once said “Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second rate version of somebody else” ...there is nobody else on this planet that has the ability, the gifts, or talents that you have... NOBODY can do what it is you were sent here to do! So what are you doing?

I didn’t know it at the time… but what I was doing was cooperating with the Law of Attraction… as I continued to give, I would receive… and I’d receive in terms of making rank faster, which meant larger paychecks, receiving extended liberty - I was chosen for special opportunities and events… special awards and recognition, which brought with it privileges.
If we move through the day “acting as if” - we’re moving with confidence, speaking with confidence, walking with confidence, making decisions with confidence… in all of this, there is emotion behind our thoughts and actions..., and this emotion is energy! energy is magnetic, and therefore = attracting into our life.
I’m not concerned with what your religious beliefs are - my only concern is that the beliefs you’ve been taught don’t prevent you from living the magnificent life you deserve. You in fact were born an original blessing! you in fact do deserve every good on the planet! nothing you have ever done can prevent you, starting today, to manifest the life of your dreams.
