Our Local Legend from January was Russell Hess. He was a Correctional Officer at RCI in Hagerstown for over 23 years. He received many letters of commendations from his superiors. He did a lot for the community , and unfortunately our community lost a Legend in September of 2018. But his legacy goes on as he won Local Legends and his beautiful wife, Carol came in to talk to us this morning and talk about his amazing accomplishments! Listen and hear all about it!
