It's been a busy beginning of summer here in Philadelphia for Natalie and Nicole! The Sixers have a new coach, the Phillies are up and down, but we’re still here! Nicole updates you on the situation with her fathers valiant battle with Parkinson’s Disease, the girls make their picks for the NBA Finals, Aaron Rodgers is living his best life and glowing at Taylor Swift, and last but certainly not least….a big congratulations to Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino on their new bundles of joy in their elderly years!

Nat & Nicole celebrate Eagles QB Jalen Hurts and his agent Nicole Lynn after securing his new contract to become the highest paid player in NFL History! Oakland is losing another team but the gals have some ideas on how the A's can beat the heat in their new home in Vegas. Sixers continue in the playoffs, Damar Hamlin is cleared to return to football, Nicole is off to Italy and Natalie is heading to the NFL Draft!

If you've been listening to the pod, you know Nicole was very passionate about the Sixers snake logo. She talked about non stop, did a TikTok and Reel, and Tweeted all the time. Ever since the Sixers unveiled the snake logo in 2018 they never made it out of the second round of the playoffs and Joel Embiid always had some weird sickness/injury. Well this year, THERE IS NO SNAKE! And we can't help ask ourselves, did we chase the snakes away? We also talk about what's taking Aaron Rodgers so long to make a decision, where is Lamar Jackson headed, and is Jalen Hurts signing a new contract or what? Clearly we had to cover the Taylor Swift breakup and hope that we can see the show with Howie Roseman.

 Alison Brie and Dave Franco came to Philly to talk about their new movie "Somebody I Used to Know", which is available know on Amazon!  It's a rom-com but not, and it's really good.  We of course talked about all things sports - Alison talked about marrying someone who roots for different sports teams as well as Dave's love for Jalen Hurts.  They were awesome and hopefully they come back to Philly soon!

Golden girls and golden rules....of baseball! Nicole visited the Golden Girls pop-up in NYC during her busy week traveling the East Coast, Natalie talks about meeting her childhood idol Tara Lipinski, the gals discuss a Hallmark movie for Carson Wentz and chat the rule changes in the MLB.

Natalie thinks the Eagles are on the precipice of dynasty years and they're gonna take it all. Nicole talks about her experience attending her first championship game in person and being on Broad street for the post game experience. Ray Fulcher, is a country music star, who also has few number one songs that he wrote with his best friend Luke Combs, including one of Nicole's favorite songs of all time "Lovin On You!"  Before he was a country music artist, he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Masters Degree in Education, all while working for the Georgia Football team. Before he decided to move to Nashville, he was planning on becoming a college football coach.  This episode is the perfect combo of sports and pop culture, and obviously Ray gives us his Georgia inside info on the Eagles new draft picks.  Ray's new album Spray Painted Line is out June 10!

Unbelievable it's been two years since Kobe Bryant's untimely and shocking death.  We were honored to welcome Mike Sielski as this week's guest.  Mike is a Philadelphia Inquirer journalist and author of the new book "The Rise:  Kobe Bryant and the Pursuit of Immortality."   We talk alot about Kobe's life in Philly, why he wanted out, and how did his High School years shape him.  We of course talk the current state of Philly sports and what the hell can we do to fix it?

Happy New Year!  We are a week late, but we have a good reason.  Natalie reveals what happened to her over the holidays.  We discuss our New Years Resolutions - they are very different - and what we would love to see happen with the pod in 2022.  We talk Raiders/Chargers - should it really have been the Steelers?  Does Carson have bad karma but Howie good karma?  What a time to be from Georgia!  The biggest takeaways from the Tom Brady documentary and a "Philly" star is reportedly engaged!

Needless to say Zach Ertz is a legend in Philadelphia, and we are still emotional about his trade to the Cardinals.  Lisa was kind enough to sit down and talk about Zach, his NFL journey, raising 4 boys as a single mom, what Philly means to him, and how you can help the Ertz Family Foundation's mission.  She also talks about what it's like being the mother-in-law to one of the greatest women's soccer players in the world aka Julie Ertz!  What a family!  

This week Natalie and Nicole are joined by Rhea Hughes, original member of the Sportsradio 94 WIP Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Show and fellow Philly gal. Rhea discusses her Philly radio roots, being one of the only women covering the Philadelphia Eagles in the early 90s, facing obstacles in her career, managing her time as a working single mother, her thoughts on the state of Philly sports and more!
