Technical difficulties show their head a bit but of course we start off talking about our day. We also talk about dogs; how they motivate us as well as how they're a part of our families. Music is always apart of the discourse before we start.

At the end we talk about favorite parts and what we missed. Also, the random trivia we never got to.

We get things going with the usual questions, What do you need to do to get your day going? and What are you listening to? Coffee and podcast prep rule the day. We also talk about the many hats of Empress Emi.

Afterwards we talk about how we think the episode went (I was so tired). We learn what the Empress liked the most about the interview, why podcasting is difficult and what's next for Empress Enterprises.

She actually asked the first question; Why did you start a podcast? So we talk about it. I start with what do you need to do to get ready for your day and she gives a great answer that helps her confidence and then we talk music. What are you listening to as you walk the Harvard grounds?

Afterwards we talk favorite parts of the episode, what's next and how awesome Mfoniso is. We also talk more about family and how important it is to have a great support system.

We had a little bit of a late start and we talk about why (my wife and son). We talk about trying to find time to figure out what's next, for John it's a virtual summit! What do you need to do to get your day going and what are you jamming to right now are definitely great kickoff questions? We also talk about podcasting, a lot! We swap tactics and ideas on what we can do to make our podcasts better.

Stephanie is a great friend of mine who I've known for about a decade. She's lead a life of impact and influence and she gets a chance to share that story with the world.
