In my care, in one of my deceased patients basements. (we got the cadaver to the morgue, bright and early, late last night) R.I.P Donald Trump (funny coincidence of names) So in a former patient of mine's basement, (we became good friends toward the end, and they signed the line.)  Everything is up to snuff and nothing legally or morally is being compromised. Yes, you could argue that it is a conflict of interest to move my clinic into a deceased patients abode. And I could argue you aren't big on 1) recycling. 2) health care 3) You are so pushy about getting the estate moved down to the spoiled brats (already) whose name the trust has been left in.  

Next of kin.  Immediate bloodline after the new estates beneficiary Smokin' Buddy Dwyer.  Patient (for confidential reason's name, and yes, nice try HIPPA!) legally changed her will on hospice.  However, my lawyer quit after this.  Any@#$, I have a homeless junkie staying under my care as of right now in the studio.  They congregate here often. This one happens to be a very close childhood friend of the shows, (I have been taking care of her.) I said that already.  None of this is scripted and should be taken literally as possible.  That is a joke. along with everything the good friend of the show, who is turning her life around, says. (possible joke?)  NONE OF THIS IS TRUE.  UNLESS I SAY IT IS OTHERWISE.
