Since 2020, they have helped over 20,000 Americans improve metabolic health, showing results with members having averaged 15% sustained weight loss, surpassing the best outcomes from peer-reviewed clinical trials.

  • How Isabelle started Calibrate by reading academic papers around weight loss and how commercialised the academic literature to a sustainable business, having raised more than $125m to date


  • She answers the question around do you need to be a healthcare professional to start and grow a health company, as Isabelle doesn’t come from that background herself

- How you can start an AI-powered tech company with no technical background and bootstrapped, while still generating growth, like what Bianca has done

- The importance of attracting users early with certain business models, rather than monetising too early and most importantly, at what stage when you have attracted more and more users do you turn the monetisation switch on

- How you can attract users onto your platform or business while being bootstrapped and having very limited budget. Bianca generated huge growth from these alternative cost-effective marketing strategies.
