4. Every season of motherhood has its own challenges that you have to navigate.
5. Carry out a routine that works for you, your family and your lifestyle.

7. Hey Mama, it’s ok to ask for help.
In this episode, I talk about why it’s ok to ask for help as mamas.
Help means 1. make it easier or possible for (someone) to do something by offering one's services or resources Synonyms include: assistance, aid or support.
Types of help for mamas include 1. Offering time 2. Financial support 3. Emotional support or being listened or having a conversation 4. Practical support eg helping to babysit or support with domestic tasks.

6.Mama, you need some rest!
Here are the 3 tip, I share in the episode to help your improve your sleep.
1. Examine your feelings and beliefs about your sleep. How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Write down and track your sleep and emotions for a week or two weeks. Mindset is so important.
2. Think about any physical health, mental health, financial issues or personal issues etc... which could be affecting your sleep.
3.Do the physical work of getting the environment you want to sleep in. Think about how the room is, are you comfortable in the bed? How is the bedding? Consider the temperature and lighting in the room? Think about the practical things you can do to make the environment soothing and relaxing for sleep.
