September 30: Dual Meninga Medal winners lead Raiders into home final

The Canberra Raiders are set to host a home final in front of their biggest crowd since the season restarted and it comes against the Cronulla Sharks - just like it did four years ago, and just like it did four years before that.

The Green Machine will be spurred on by Meninga Medal winners Josh Papalii and Jack Wighton - but perhaps just as crucial to the Raiders' chances are unsung heroes like Semi Valemei, who is so humble he kept the birth of his daughter a secret from the club.

While the Raiders set their sights on the final, ACT Brumbies star Noah Lolesio is eyeing a Wallabies debut across the ditch and he has James O'Connor to lean on before the biggest test of his young career.

The Canberra Capitals are beginning to filter into the ACT for a WNBL title defence - but what their season looks like is anyone's guess at the moment.

September 16: The Brumbies are on the cusp of history as grand final week arrives

It's here! Grand final week has arrived for the ACT Brumbies as they set their sights on winning the Super Rugby AU crown in front of 6000 fans at Canberra Stadium.

Can you feel the buzz? Perhaps it's not quite what it was back in the glory days like 2004 for a multitude of reasons. But the Brumbies are beginning to win back the fans in a new era for Australian rugby.

Canberra Stadium staff will face a quick turnaround on Saturday night - they'll need to have the venue ready for the Canberra Raiders' NRL clash come Sunday afternoon, and they've borrowed a trick from the NFL to make it happen.

It has been a massive week for the Green Machine with Josh Papalii set to be a Raider for life, as we wonder if we're about to see the best of Curtis Scott after charges against him were dropped when footage emerged of his controversial arrest.

The ACT Brumbies are poised to welcome their biggest crowd of the COVID-19 era when they host the Super Rugby AU final at Canberra Stadium but they are still waiting on the final tick of approval.

Nick Kyrgios has raised a fair point on social media about Novak Djokovic being booted out of the US Open. Is the Canberra star unfairly targeted?
