Dr. Sarah is a naturopathic doctor and women empowerer. She works with conscious women to heal their fatigue, stress, and abnormal menstrual cycles and helps them get the energy, happiness and flow they need for their careers and families. She was frustrated by the lack of answers in her own journey with endometriosis and irregular cycles, until she started using the specific strategies she learned with her naturopathic degree. This has inspired her to heal other menstruating females using the powerful holistic treatments she found outside of the conventional medical system and wants you to know that you have options.

02 - Building Your Goddess Tribe
Your vibe attracts your tribe. After a 1 minute breathing exercise, we dive into a discussion about the people and resources to include as part of your self-care routine. Who makes up your village? Are there relationships that you need to re-evaluate in your life that are no longer serving you? Does your health care team give you the space and resources necessary for making informed and empowered decisions about your health?
Kundalini breathing technique to calm the mind:
- Breathe in for 5 counts
- Hold for 5 counts
- Release for 5 counts
- Hold for 5 counts
- Repeat 5 times
You may use a drop of your favourite doTERRA essential oil in the palm of your hand while you complete this breathing exercise.

doTERRA Essential Oil Roller Blend for Opening your Heart:
- 10 drops Wild Orange
- 6 drops Ylang Ylang
- 4 drops Frankincense

Combine in 10 mL roller bottle and top with fractionated coconut oil. Apply over the chest and pulse points to expand your heart.
