The judge and jury cannot seem to agree if fat is good or bad. There are so many fad diets, namely the keto diet, that praise all of the fat and tell you to leave protein and carbs behind. Then there is the south beach diet that tells you that you need a low-fat diet! Where are you supposed to find the truth about fat? Well here of course! I talk about healthy fat, unhealthy fat, what fat actually does for your body, and how you should be looking at fat on your plate to make sure you are ingesting the healthiest fat options.

Ep 26 Food for Fertility
Our issues with fertility start much sooner than we think. Pregnant women eating processed foods could be subjecting their sons to infertility in the womb. For men infertility may be in full effect by the time they are 18. Women suffering from endometriosis and issues with ovulation may be able to have relief with just changing their diets. I talk about sensitive issues about fertility and what can be done for both men and women when it comes to changing the outcome of their fertility and improving overall fertility.
