Fighting Impostor Syndrome
In one way, shape or form, all of us deal with it. We may not realize it, but I think we do. Feeling like a fake or fraud, not giving ourselves credit for hard work, and giving others credit, or allowing them to judge us unfairly, because we are not confident in our abilities. In today's episode Brett covers 5 categories of this cultural phenom known as impostor syndrome. Hopefully we can all walk away, feeling encouraged, and know that the fight, hard work we put in everyday is well worth it, and we should allow ourselves credit, when we often truly deserve it.
