By October 1974, AC/DC had recorded their first studio album, High Voltage. Comprising the newly appointed lead vocalist Bon Scott; Angus Young on lead guitar; brother Malcolm of rhythm guitar; Mark Evans on bass and Phil Rudd on drums, the album was released exclusively in Australia on 17 February 1975.
