The Perfect Par is a podcast for golfers of any age and skill to get inside details into the world of golf. It is hosted by an elite junior golfer, Carter Stroup, who currently plays competitive golf.
The perfect par is something every golfer toils for, but as any golfer will tell you, it is impossible. You always could have hit your drive a few yards farther, or hit your approach a few feet closer. That is what makes this game addicting.
While it is impossible, good information and entertainment is necessary to get as close as possible. That is what you can find here on The Perfect Par.
Benn Fineman is a fitness instructor and nutrition expert based out of Pennsylvania.
Benn started his fitness career in 2009 mainly working with corporate programs. He always enjoys working with various gyms and small fitness businesses. In 2015, Benn started his own fitness business called Intuitive Roots, where he helps people build the body, grow the mind, and pursue their passions.
Benn currently specializes in functional strength training but began working in nutrition around four years ago. He is currently certified by Precision Nutrition.
